Had a horrible experience with a very rude associate today. Although the head company said this business would be totally capable of helping, it was clear she would/could not. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe they are not efficiently trained. A neighbor had told us previously how they were treated there when a parent passed and they needed to turn a phone in and stop service, so I should have seen the writing on the wall.
That's okay. The business next door was easy and eager to help us transfer data from one phone to another. Thank you Tech Hospital for wanting to help with a smile!

I had been dealing with some major billing issues and use the Nocatee store. After many phone calls and frustration, Maxx happened to be at the Nocatee location when I called He spent ample time researching the discrepancy and explained my bill detail by detail. He listened and reassured me. It was very refreshing! Highly recommend dealing with Maxx if choose the PVB location. Can’t thank him enough!

Zach is awesome!! My husband’s phone met its fate alongside I-95 on a Friday night (long story but geotracking is eerily accurate lol). It looked hopeless and we didn’t know if we would be able to recover anything. By 11am the next day, we had a new phone and Zach was able to recover everything! Not to mention, even though the phone was crushed, luckily the battery was in tact and we were able to get an $800 credit towards a new phone because of the current Verizon promotion. We could not be happier with how the situation turned out! Thank you, Zach, for your help and thanks to Verizon for the awesome deal.

The Verizon representative in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is fabulous. Lakan is fantastic. She was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough beyond belief. In all my years, I would say that Lakan is the best, most competent person I have ever met. It serves Verizon to have her as your most valuable representative.
