Never going back there again, after the rude behavior I experienced from the tall black man behind the counter. It is obvious that this person believes he is untouchable because he’s a govt employee and that he can act in whatever manner he chooses with absolutely no consequences. I gathered my things and walked out; went straight to UPS, where I am always greeted with a smile and a polite representative. It is worth the slight up-charge not to have to deal with entitled USPS employees. The only reason I was even at that horrible place was because I didn’t realize I could send certified mail at UPS. The worker at UPS told me he hears about customers experiencing rude behavior at the PO all the time.

Both male and female are rude, unprofessional and miserable working there. Typical post office workers mentality, no matter what we do our jobs are secured because we work for governor. Must be hard to be so mad and nasty all the time, is it natural or they have to force it?
Ponte Vedra Beach should do better and definitely deserves better.

Usually busy but quick lines. Some interesting characters in there but all good! They keep us entertained and smiling. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Passport services are easy and buying stamps is a breeze.

Great customer service! Walked in served within 5 minutes by John, great experience compared to Mandarin Post office that I visited yesterday, and left a 1 star feedback review which is a star higher than they deserved. Will definitely use this branch in Ponte Vedra again

Terrible service when it comes to getting your passport done. They don’t have a problem having you stand there from 9 AM to 10 AM which is their passport window on Saturdays and watch multiple families standing in line for over an hour while they service one family for 28 minutes then turn everybody away. The manager Keith comes out several times, scoping the line yelling that they’re shutting down at 10 AM while he does nothing to try to rectify the situation. Terrible service avoid this place at all cost.

Every time I have gone into this location the service has been excellent. Today, John took care of me and was super friendly and talkative. It was nice to be greeted and have a personal conversation while checking out. Highly recommend this location for all of your mailing needs!

***Walk In Passport Hours on Saturday*** Please be aware they are extremely strict with the walk-in passport hours on Saturdays. The website states 9-10am but they only take the first four people (fifteen minutes per person). My family arrived at 7am to wait before opening. By the time the post office opened at 9am there were at least 25 people behind us who were devastated to hear they wouldn’t be serviced. I wish this information was more forthright and wanted to write this review to save the rest of you from being disappointed too. Plan accordingly!
