Not very friendly. I have been a customer for over 5 years. This time the staff was made at me because I asked - why 3 months of mail was put in my box a few weeks ago? (it was the post office fault), I am late by 2 weeks in paying for the next 6 months - there is a $35 fee the computer charges - the computer did it and you cannot change the computer, I asked for a year last time and they only charged 6 months. Watch the detail here... I wish I could keep the address and move to a different UPS Store. Because of my business I also have a UPS address in Rochester NY and they are excellent there.

Sometimes Google makes mistakes and sometimes owners don’t update their page. But I drove 25 minutes to get her to see the door hours say the same as Google does and they are closed.Horrible experience
