“They know their business with high end and everyday cars and work through problems with parts vendors. My last visit had a vendor send the wrong part. We got the right one and they worked me right in and adjusted the bill. My experience tells me to give them a chance and they'll do right by you. As a long-time customer, my experience with Tires Plus over the years has been spotty but the current team seems to have the right customer orientation. Good work, guys and gals!”
