Nice staff but this location is horrible. Really out of the way, tough to see from A1A, the drive through is tight to navigate in an SUV… they really need a location closer to JTB that’s easier to access.

While I can not talk about how the service is inside this is the rating for their ATM. Never have I had so many consistent issues with an ATM not taking deposits and counting money wrong. There is no sign that it is out of order so I would expect it to work. I make sure all checks are signed and bills are neat and not wrinkled. I make sure I count and don't put over the amount allotted. You should also count at this SunTrust because I've put in money in the ATM and it's been off by $20. I'm not sure if that's because the bills are sometimes really fresh and maybe they stick together but I've learned to only inserted money that I know exactly how much I'm putting in. Even with doing all this I almost always I have to insert the money two to three times for it to take my deposit. Some days I just don't have time to sit there and consistently try to deposit my money a couple of times. This is the only SunTrust near me, I have no other convenient SunTrust to go to and at this point I'm probably just going to change things with how difficult it is to get my money into my account through the ATM. Have used other SunTrust ATMs never had this issue I don't know why this one hates my money.

While traveling, I failed to make my normal deposit and I lost track of my bank balance and some automatic payments that were scheduled...credit cards and mortgage, etc. Unfortunately, several important payments brought my account into overdraft position which upset me, so when I returned I went straight to the branch and the manager, Tracey Johnson, was most helpful. She helped me identify and resolve the issues in a prompt, professional manner.
