We are owners we love it here beautiful grounds, great neighbors. Perfect location can walk to many restaurants and shops and Publix. Close to the beach Have never had a problem with the HOA. Very quiet and safe with great amenities

I'm not impressed, for that much money you could probably do better. But this is typical for Southside Jacksonville Florida.

I am happy living in Summer house! I feel the office a maintenance crew, Shannon,Tiffany, Jose and Vito has provided good service for the residence.They all work very hard maintaining the property to make it look beautiful and a pleasant place to live!
