Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this location. My friend had a Sherwin-Williams paint color that I wanted to use but her painter got it at another location. I figured since it was their paint color they would be able to color match and get the paint color for me. I went in and the gentleman who helped me was so kind. He worked hard for 50 minutes, when he said it would be an easy match that would not take long. When he came out the second time and said that the color match didn't turn out right, the manager walked by and as he was walking outside the door with another customer, he yelled back to where we are standing and said "since you didn't get it here it is not going to be perfect" then proceeded to exit the store. For the whole store to hear was how loud he said it. For the gentleman who was helping me, I told him I would come back this afternoon to give him more time and went out to my car. While I was slowly backing up, the manager walked out BEHIND my backing up car which I slammed on the breaks. He motioned for me to roll down my window and handed me back the paint can I brought to match and said it would be too hard for them to match and to go back to where "I got the paint can originally". Keep in mind he didn't care to ask where I got it when I wasn't even the one that got it in the first place. He did not care to help and it felt like he didn't want to deal with my paint match request. I will not go back and plan to share this story with others to go elsewhere when getting paint.

Awesome customer service! We needed a specialized paint that the PVB store did not have in stock. Cody(?) called around tho their other stores and had it sent over. Followed up along the way. Terrific.

Cody is awesome! There are two reasons you go to a store 1) selection and 2) customer service. The selection at Sherwin-Williams on A1A in Ponte Vedra is better than others we've been to in Saint Augustine and the surrounding area - and Cody is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, very personable, very helpful! Now there's someone who takes pride in his job!!

I went in for what I thought would be a very simple project, picking up paint that I thought had been purchased within the last 2 to 3 years. I spoke with Marissa B., she helped me find the paint code on the can that I had, and explained that the paint was actually roughly 15 years old and no longer being carried. That's what I get for thinking :-) the paint was left in my home when I purchased it, and I assumed it was relatively new. Marissa went out of her way to find a paint that was almost identical, she took the time to research, which I found to be absolutely amazing customer service! I walked out with the paint that was relatively inexpensive and matched color and texture to near 100% of the paint that was on my existing walls. Had it not been for Marissa, I would have had to repaint an entire room, due to the paint colors not matching. She went above and beyond, in my opinion, to ensure that I was happy, satisfied, and treated like a valued customer - even though it was my very first time in the store You may ask, did I spend more than I would have at a big box store? Possibly, however I am certain I would have received paint that did not 100% match and would have spent more money to repaint an entire room Based on this experience alone, I will definitely be back when I have projects that require paint.

My first visit to this Sherwin Williams Store was excellent in every way.As an Interior Designer I have specified SW paints for many of my design projects and personally in my own homes for many years.The sales team at Sherwin Williams in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl. offered excellent professional and knowledgeable service.
