“Couldn’t love this place more. From front desk staff to teacher’s aids, they are beyond loving and caring. My daughter has thrived in this hands-on environment. My only regret is they weren’t here when my son was in need of a preschool.”

“Primrose excels on every metric and I can't recommend them enough. Our daughter attended VPK for a full year and truly flourished. Her teachers were the perfect balance of loving and authoritative. She routinely told us how much she loved her teachers and the class day. Primrose left no doubt in my mind that they are an elite school filled with competent, compassionate, committed staff. I am grateful to all of them for the amazing work they do.”

“We have been going here for almost 1 year. We didn’t only chose it because it’s close to work but they also offer part-time care which we love. Our son goes there 3 days a week. They don’t have time restrictions and very flexible with drop off and pick up. We love all the updates especially the videos they send through the app. We feel like he has learned so much and he has so much fun there!”

“I know there are not the greatest reviews of this school out there, but my son has been in this school for over a month now and the new director has repeatedly wowed me. She really is making an effort to make this school a better place. Unfortunately, with parents not always telling the truth when their child(ren) are sick for the fear of not being able to have a place for their child to go when they have to go off to work, it’s not an easy task. But, I always feel I can have open and honest conversations with her about the health of my son since that comes first! And she is always very sympathetic to my little boy when he does not feel well. I feel like the employees all work together and act as a family. And I feel that my son and I have been welcomed into their family as one of their own. The director has taken measures to make sure my child feels at home and safe here and I wouldn’t choose another place for him. My son is 17 months old and his teachers are amazing. Miss Madison and Miss Mariola work so well together to make sure the kids are being well taken care of and feel loved when I am not there to provide that for him. They make drop off easy for me and kindly find a fun distraction so he is rarely sad when I leave him in the morning. There seems to be a few comments about the teachers “not watching the children enough” but the state law is 6 children to 1 teacher in his age range and for parents who have a child this age know that 6 children to one adult can be a handful. Miss Madison is the main teacher I deal with day to day and she is honestly the best. She is always prompt to let me know if my child fell and hurt himself or seems to be struggling with something. It honestly angers me that parents are so quick to judge any mistake made by a human being. If you don’t feel like your individual child is being watched closely enough then you should not have your child in any daycare and you should consider getting a babysitter or nanny instead. The law is the same across the state and honestly through most of the country and the teachers have training and background checks to go through before they can become a daycare teacher for any school. CrossRidge KinderCare has the highest expectations of their teachers and staff that I have seen and it is not the new directors fault that she came into a messy situation. But her dedication to making this school a better environment for all of the children and parents in it is what I admire. I love how open and honest the director and teachers have been with me about my child’s wellbeing and safety. The director is always quick to respond to my messages which is huge for me since many other daycares do not seem to be on top of this. The effort I feel coming from this daycare is above and beyond. And a big plus is that I love seeing the pictures come through the app of what my child is doing that day! Every little update down to if my child’s diaper was wet or dry and how much of his food he ate has made me very satisfied with them! I hope many other parents feel this way as they deserve much love and support from us as they love and support our children daily.”
