I would like to share a comment about an Associate named Mac. I had all 3 grandchildren with me My twins were with me and they loved her and so did I. One of my grandchildren has ADHD but Mac was kind and was talking to the kids about animals etc. she was very patient with them as well as me. I nearly lost my little Yorkie about a week ago. I boarded him with a vet there n the past the next thing I know they are calling me when my daughter took me to Tennessee, North Carolina and the Cherokee red as a birthday present to me. Next I get a call from he vet stating my dog was having to be force fed. I had my best friend pick him up. A lot of vets care more about the green instead of the animals. I was talking to Mac about it and I could tell she was a big animal lover with a big heart. I don’t have much money and I’m on disability. She went out of her way finding me the right food and gave me a coupon that really helped and my dog loved it! You Mac are great! Thank you for your advise and helping me with a coupon. That discount was a Godsend and so is Mac. She exceeded in excellence and customer service!!!!!! My daughter lives close to you but I live in Mandarin but to me it’s worth the drive! I also shared my experience with my daughter and she was impressed! Thanks Mac! We will see you soon!!

Stopped in for some wet food as my pup just had surgery. Specifically looking for Royal Canin. They had it in stock! The store was very clean and easy to navigate. The employees all greeted me and also asked me if I needed help or if there was anything specifically I was looking for, all while smiling. Nice to have the customer service these days a lot of places are lacking.

Came in for litter this is the 3rd they have been out of the one I use forcing me to get the one that's about twice as much I asked Brent the manager to possibly offer a discounted price for the inconvenience as it isn't the first time he did not seem to think that was warranted tho he did offer other products but not what my cats used too I know annoying I'm writing a review about litter but more about management lol just call before you go if you need something or just go to petco

Many thanks to Mack and Josh for helping me with an abandoned bunny I rescued over Mother’s Day. They made sure I got the right food and even showed me how to trim the nails. Was able to rehome the rabbit with a wonderful family!

This place is going down hill and fast… I fell in love with pet supermarket when the young lady Lex was there. She was knowledgable, patience, and absolute joy to speak with. Spoke with Brent , who has a disgusting attitude than turned even more when I asked about her. The way he spoke of her caused a knot to form in my throat and I haven’t been back. I rather take the longer drive for my pet needs to be around such a man and the toxic environment he creates for the employees and animals. I’m happy for Lex to have left; pet supermarket didn’t deserve a person like her at all.

Really surprised that Pet Supermarket discriminates against elder customers. Sign adjacent to a puppy adoption area stated that anyone 65 or older would not be allowed to adopt! They lost my respect and my business. Based on their failed logic anyone subject to die in the next 15+ years is a liability.

Over the years I have only been here to get food for my dogs and cats when I run out unexpectedly and need someplace nearby. Staff has always been pleasant. It was never my main place for pet needs. However, the past year we became new freshwater aquarium owners because of a carnival goldfish. We have other fish over this time and had to bring some back because they grew too fast in size and we only have a 5 gallon tank. We have spoke to about three people regarding fish and such and they are very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. We were trying to get the right set of fish that the kids liked, and we could manage with are simple tank setup. They have been with us through every step (and mis-steps) both in person and on the phone. Because of the staff's excellent service with myself and my kids, this place is miles above what you would expect. I now go there more often for my pet needs. Any place that takes care of you the way they do deserves my business. Thanks to everyone that works there!!!!
