DO NOT USE LOCKE INSURANCE GROUP!!!! I canceled my homeowner's policy in July 2023 because it was DOUBLE the price of what everyone else was charging. I checked in with them in October and then again in December to confirm the cancellation and I still have not received my $4,000 refund (we are in January 2024).I do not give bad reviews, especially of small businesses, but this has been a truly awful experience. Avoid using them if you can.

Unfortunately I've been chasing one of their agents to renew our home insurance.I've left multiple messages with other employees and the agent does not return my call, do they actually pass the messages along???This process should be easier and I should not have to chase the agent to get things done.

Ryan quickly provided a very reasonable quote. Excellent overall service. They started out incredible, but zero response to any inquiry since despite being told on 4 instances that I’d get a call back. Really disappointing!

As a current customer sought an additional policy. After several promises of a call back and quote, not return call. Now I'm having a challenge canceling a policy. I'd steer clear of Locke!
