I was drawn to Kerry as soon as I stepped into the store. He helped us find the perfect sectional for our needs. His design services were personalized as he came into our home and helped us pick the right couch for the space. He is welcoming, amicable, trustworthy and I can’t wait to work with him as our home and family grows. Thank you Kerry.

I highly recommend you stear clear of this store. ACP/Furniture Mart/Arhaus all carry these items for much, much less, and are much more pleasant to work with. Read the reviews here carefully, and you'll see a pattern of these owners treating customers and staff like walking mats. It's not the place I'd recommend spending your design dollars

This past summer we purchased a sectional and swivel chair from J. Turner in Ponte Vedra. The cost was quite expensive. We had a design/sales person come to look at our space to give us her expertise and knowledge about the two pieces we wanted to buy. She said they would be perfect . She also highly recommended a light fabric to brighten up the room. Upon her guidance we chose the furniture and fabric that she thought was right for the room. I agreed upon her recommendation. The sectional arrived . It was huge in the small space. Of course it is difficult for me to have seen that. She was the expert and we paid $200.00 for her consultation . The fabric was wrong for the rug and the comfort level was so bad..stiff. Her recommendation was to put the pillows on the floor and walk on them! Really? Ultimately after long texts and conversations with the owner’s rep, we were told nothing could be done. The couch was ours to deal with. Oh yes and the swivel chair had been sold to someone else. We were given a refund for the chair. This was my experience with J Turner. Prospective buyers…beware. They won’t give any consideration to you. It’s all about the money…not the clients.

Prospective buyers beware. This past summer we paid in full for a sectional and swivel chair. we paid $200.00 to have the sales/design person come to the house to make sure the pieces we were to order would fit well in the room. I was assured that all was good. I also was guided to a fabric that was like the model that I liked. When the sectional was delivered it was very apparent the color and size was totally wrong. Also I was told that the swivel chair was sold to someone else. The sectional was so stiff and uncomfortable. It was not anywhere near the model in the showroom. I was told by the sales/design person to take the pillows and put them on the floor and walk on them to make them more comfortable! After many texts to the sales and rep and certified letter to the owner asking for some kind of compromise for the sectional (I was refunded for the chair) I was told they could not do anything and I was left with a $5000.00 sectional that is totally wrong in the room. J Turner is all about the money...not for the client. I paid up front the total amount with no idea I would be met with rudeness and ignored when I tried for some kind of compromise.

We purchased this table in 2021. Within the first year we started getting the cracking and peeling in the pictures. after numerous calls to J Turner and promised follow-up we finally gave up, something I’m sure was intended. Shoddy workmanship, terrible customer service. Beware!

If you are looking to furnish your home, look elsewhere. I have been waiting for a piece since May 2022 and it now won’t be in until February 2023. I called multiple times to check in on the product and kept getting promised a date that would continuously get pushed back.These pieces are getting made overseas so the pricing is heavily marked up along with the container shipping fees. At this point, I could have invested the $3000 I spent on the piece and have made enough money to get other pieces elsewhere and in time. I chatted with a worker and asked for a reduction in cost or if I could have the store model and they are not willing to have me take store model. I guess they rather have an unhappy customer who won’t be returning in the future? Other reviews on here reveal the same subpar customer service. It felt very pretentious and not welcoming when I came in to scope out furniture, but I do absolutely love the style here.There are many other small family owned businesses to support if you would like to support a US made and manufactured business.

Place is a joke when it comes to customer service. Matt is a squirrel when trying to ask any questions. He never gives you ANY time to ask questions. I ordered two pieces in July and was promised they'd be here by Thanksgiving. Only one of the pieces came in and guess what? Wrong size! So I'm back at square one. I demanded a refund, Derrick the store manager was very reluctant to even give me a refund. He name dropped Trevor Lawrence's wife stating she as wating for pieces to come in as well??Do your self a fave, shop online. The furniture they sell is from a company called FOUR HANDS. Way better prices online! Place is a joke.

I have now used Terri to help me with 2 locations. Both were done remotely, as neither one was located in Florida. Terri was very professional and patient with me as she got to know my taste and the feeling I was going for. Each location had a different look and she got it right both times! She worked through my self measurements. Terri kept within my budget and did not push me to order more anything extra, waiting to see how the main items fit in! Can’t wait for the time when it’s safe for her to come up north and add her special touches that I see on her Instagram account!

Terri Levitan and J Turner & Co have helped us totally transform our home. Terri helped us with selections in all bedrooms, the kitchen and family room. Each room has its own identity, but the whole house seamlessly flows to create a truly unique and warm home. Terri was instrumental in picking colors, granite, vanities, tile, furniture, artwork and decorative items. In addition, she worked closely with our remodel contractor (Quick Construction) to imagine design features we would never have thought of. All in all, Terri is a top-notch design professional who has now become a good friend! We highly recommend Terri and J Turner & Co.

Terri helped me define and create the vision I had for how I wanted my home to look and feel. She really took the time to understand my likes and dislikes as well as my goals for how I wanted my home to look and feel.
