“Friendly staff. I don't live in Nocatee so I find it a bit silly and pretentious to have all the golf cart parking areas but these folks over here seem to live a different reality.
But, as a Publix, the staff is very friendly and put up with their neighborhood residents with good spirits. The lay out of the store was typical and if you've never had a "pub sub" please do yourself a favor and try one. I did not visit the pharmacy at this location but the store itself did not disappoint. Again, the staff is what makes a location and these guys were great.”

“This specific Winn-Dixie is absolutely sensational. They have great cuts of meat for reasonable pricing. During hard economic times it's difficult to find decent prices for necessary food items. I highly suggest shopping at this food superstore compared to Publix. I would like to add that the service is amazing, from the smiling cashiers to the sweet lady working in the deli section, I have had nothing but a fantastic shopping experience.”

The pharmacist has often stopped what he was working on to help me run my prescriptions in a different way to make sure I was getting the best deal. “Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeastern United States. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we can never forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities where Publix opens a location are very grateful for a Publix opening by them.This particular Publix location has a welcoming ambiance and the usual professional staff.I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.”

“I use Instacart 2-3 times a week and my advice is to really learn how to use the system properly in order to get good results. It isn't as easy as click on the items and then just wait. Use the "Instructions" and "Replacement" options to make sure you get what you want. If there is a mistake in your order, report it. I have had problems, but the money was always credited back promptly. Also, it really helps if you check your app while the shopper is shopping. You can see what items the shopper has found or refunded and they will often message you to ask about a replacement. Some even send photos of options. You also know when they are on the way to deliver. Are some shoppers better than others? Absolutely. That's why you should always give reviews. I have an annual membership and it has been worth every penny to be able to stay out of grocery stores during the pandemic. P.S. I live in Jacksonville, FL”
