Extreme racism in this location. So disappointed, but not surprised, as I’ve lived here my whole life. Used to it at this point. Just don’t come here if you’re not white lol they’ll make up policies ♥️

My daughter just bought 3 balloons at this store this morning. The helium balloons were pre-tied to strings. As soon as she walked out the door one of the balloons flew away. She immediately went back inside to get another balloon to replace the poorly tied original. The cashier made her pay for the replacement balloon .

The store is small compared to the other ones I have been in but I was fairly organized. When we walked in nobody greeted us. I noticed the cashier on his phone and another person walking around who we thought was a customer. After a few minutes in, my wife brought to my attention that this gentleman was watching us aisle after aisle. He was not wearing any tag or anything indicating he was an employee, so she was concerned. He walked by when one of my kids picked a Whistle Tail Football and said in a bad manner not ball-throwing. I confronted him about his manner and he started telling me about a person who broke a light in the ceiling and didn't want to pay for it. He said his name was Khre and he was the assistant manager. I'm not sure how a person with no social skills and bad manners can be an assistant manager.Khre, leave your problems at home and learn some customer service skills. Not the experience I was looking for.

I visited this location after a school drop off and it was like the holy grail of Dollar Trees. First, it was lovely because they were FULLY stocked and had a ton of other boxes they were in the process of unboxing. I had time to look around the store, had my choice of items, checked out new items I had my eye on. I've been seeing these dollar store crafts on IG and wound up being able to get a bunch of the items at this location (think ribbon, mini Christmas trees, ornaments, all to make a centerpiece). The cashier here was super helpful and friendly, eager to help. I let her know out of all the Dollar Trees I've been to, this is by far the best because it's organized, it's clean, and normally fully stocked. She said thank you and attributed it to her manager, who she said is consistently on the store floor stocking shelves, which was a lead by example approach. Will I be back? You bet!

Love the Dollar Spot (Dollar Tree). It is so clean and organized you can find anything you want easily. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My favorite store.
