Customer Service is terrible at this location, specifically the pharmacy. I was in line for the pharmacy drive thru at 8:56 and they close at 9. Got up to the window at 8:58 and the three people behind the window saw me and they all decided to ignore me and start closing. They could have at least come to the window and said sorry we are closed. Beyond rude. Where did Customer Service go?

I get the job is difficult and stressful but these people are horrible. They were very unhelpful and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Horrible. It’s the lady pharmacy tech.

Had to move from WD and have to say drive-thru customer service is rather curt and unfriendly. Act as though they're bothered. Another unprofessional encounter where the tech grew annoyed at me because THEIR intercom system was not clear. Really surprised at how disrespectful they treat their customers.

apparently they had a call in and the pharmacist did it all!! He took scripts - worked the register helped people with insurance questions and Not once did he stop smiling and greeting and being kind. if everyone approached their job, this way, how amazing it would be!

I only bought a certain over the counter sleep aid gummy because it was buy one get one 50% off. Cashier rang it up wrong and I ended up paying full price. And was told that I couldn’t receive the discount because I paid with my aarp seniors U card. No refund allowed. Nothing they could do. Never would have gotten 2 bottles! There goes a couple of my senior benefits. Merry Christmas

The tech fought with me for 10 min last week at the drive through about whether I had a 15 day script I could refill that day or a 30 day script I needed to wait a week. Turns out she was wrong and kept me from my medicine for 7 days because she can’t read. She tried to humiliate me as well “you just filled this three weeks ago” “I know…it’s a 15 day script.” Talked to the pharmacist today, who agreed with me, but didn’t care either at the end of the day. Straight up negligence. Will never use this CVS again. They do not care about their customers.

Always a pleasure coming to this CVS. I visited this location last week to fill a prescription and the pharmacy staff was such a pleasure. Even though I was not feeling well the staff at the pharmacy kept a smile on my face. Thank you ?

Such an unpleasant staff… there are two techs that are always there and they’re constantly miserable and act annoyed that you’re there. When you or your kids are feeling unwell and just want to get your medicine to feel better, they look at you with a “what do you want” attitude. The gentleman named Bob yesterday actually rolled his eyes to me when I needed a moment to pull my insurance information up. There’s always a long line of people or cars at the drive through because they’re slow. don’t bother trying to actually call and get through to anyone. You’ll be on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. Yesterday was the final straw and I had my prescriptions moved to Walgreens down the road. Much more pleasant experience.

Wonderful experience today at both Minute Clinic and Pharmacy!! Got my 6 year old in (we were out of state) for an ear infection. She was in so much pain and they were very attentive/listened to concerns and prescription was ready quickly despite the pharmacists being very busy.
