We are planning a cross country move and need a new bank, as we are currently with a local credit union. My husband opened an individual account at this location and we went in today to open an additional individual account and a joint account. The representative we met with today said she “could” not help because she would have to stay 15 minutes past closing (5 PM weekday closures with no branch hours on weekends - very “convenient” for working customers). When we explained we are leaving in one day she suggested visiting a branch in CO. This sounds like she did not “want” to help versus “could” not. Likely planning to close my husband’s new account and opt for a bank that values its customers and providing quality service. I second recent comments about poor customer service in this location.

Made the switch from B of A thank God!!! This is by far the best customer service branch. Michael opened our accounts and then Emily opened my moms. Customer service was outstanding and the cleanliness of the bank as well. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers it has not gone unnoticed.

Walked in today to get a document notarized. They told me to screw off and go to UPS store and pay 10 bucks. We did. Looking for a new bank that puts my family first. To bad UPS store doesn’t have an investment division. Looking for a new bank will be a pain but if my local bank is useless to me I might as well bank online.

Money counting machine didn't count cash at the teller window properly. Teller said, "Sometimes this machine doesn't work." At. A. Bank.Froze all of our accounts for two weeks when we added a family member to our account. Had to live off credit cards when we don't do credit.Mortgage rep spoke to us unprofessionally as if she were representing herself personally instead of Chase. My family collected a lot of change. Took my kid to bank to deposit it. Coin counting machine broken. Only option was Coinstar at grocery store which collects a fee. Five year member of the bank and I couldn't deposit our change without a fee basically. We used to be Chase private clients, but no more. In the new year we're starting afresh at a new bank.Goodbye, Chase.

Customer service is not their thing. Went up to a teller to deposit some checks, she looked like she didn’t want to be there. Very unwelcoming. Felt like she didn’t want to be bothered.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is an American multinational investment bank and financial services holding company headquartered in New York City.So there’s no Hometown feel here, just walk in, and stick your debt card into a machine, remember your PIN number, transact your business, and then leave.

Great branch. People are super nice. Happy to help you. Typically you don’t have to wait to speak with someone for special services.

One banker in at a time. I’ve been waiting almost an hour to sign a form. Absolutely ridiculous. Thinking of changing my accounts. This is crazy.

July 4, 2021 Jessica Gavoci did an amazing job of introducing us to the bank, handling our needs, and broadening our understanding of additional services. She was highly informative, friendly, efficient and thorough. A model of customer service. Jessica represents the bank in the most elegant way possible. Give her a promotion!! Anne and David C.

We've been customers of Chase for over 10 years. We've switched to this location because of a move and over the almost 2 years we have been here, the customer service has gone downhill. I recently used the ATM to get cash out and incidentally didn't get the exact bills I wanted. The lady at the desk antagonized me. She was inquiring why I needed the bills exchanged and why I didn't just tell the machine that's what I wanted. I let it go and just stated it's fine I'll remember next time, please exchange these bills. Wouldn't allow me to do so without my ID. Ok, fine. Here's my ID. Well, now she decides she needs my physical card. I use my phone since that's what they've taught me to do at this location. She states she can't exchange the cash I already have directly from their ATM that she watched me withdraw without the physical card from an account that I just withdrew money from. At this point I say forget it, but know we won't be doing business with their location or even offering it again. We've been in multiple times for different mortgage opportunities (never able to beat other mortgage lenders) and even thought about transferring assets to become private client that they've been asking us to become for a few years. Hoping management sees this to address these issues before loosing out on more business.

I want to acknowledge Cathryn Byrnes, Assistant Vice President at our local Nocatee Chase Bank, for her excellent customer service, above and beyond. When I moved here from New York, two years ago, I opened a new account with Chase, and had the good fortune of meeting Cathryn. She helped me set up all of my personal banking and assisted me in getting my business needs met and my new business started. Her knowledge and support is admirable and her level of professionalism is equal to her genuine, caring attitude and concern for my wellbeing. The quality and care I’ve received from Chase Bank over the past two years far outshines my previous forty + year relationship experience with two financial institutions in Upstate New York, where I was far more financially active. We are truly fortunate to have Cathryn Byrnes, here with us. I acknowledge her genuine concern for my wellbeing, not only as a customer, but as a person, as well as her concern for the wellbeing of my family.
