“I took my Mercedes to Oceanside Collision Monday morning, October 30. Thomas Livesay took a look at the front driver side panel and gave me an estimate to repair it. I thought is was very reasonable, so I told him to do the necessary repairs. I was expecting it to take a few days, so I had made arrangements for another vehicle. On Tuesday, I was so surprised to receive a voicemail from him telling me my Mercedes was fixed and I could pick it up. I could not get there until Wednesday morning and that was fine.
