“I normally do not review banks, but I felt it important to review this one.I have been a Wells Fargo customer going on a decade now. I have been with them while living in 6 different states. I have had my share of issues over the years, and because of that, I don't use them that often.However, that has now changed, as I am about to open 2 childrens accounts with them, as well as using them for direct deposits again.This all came about because of their in branch customer service over the past 2 days. All of the associates were the definition of awesome, I worked with at least 4, but mostly I worked with Debbie. I swear that woman is an angel sent down from Heaven itself.I was having issues with something, that was not Wells Fargo's doing, or their responsibilty to fix, but fix it they did. They called multiple banks, they called Wells Fargo higher ups, they just did everything to resolve the situation, and I am thankful to say they did in fact resolve it.After this, I will be a loyal customer for life. I am truly thankful for all of their help, and I will drive the extra distance to visit this specific branch!”
