Very friendly people. Was openning bank account for my wife. All people from the guy who met us when we entered, a senior man and a manager whose name is Summer Noble.We are foreigners (with green cards) and I was working myself in an intrrnational bank in my country but I was very pleased with the professionalism and kindness we were met at the bank.

They don't answer the phones and difficult to get other than counter service for a walk-in.

waiting for a call back from the manager. Kevin shouldn't be allowed to speak to the public. I don't use twitter or facebook. Still waiting for the call back. Not looking to engage on twitter and facebook unless its a regional manager/director that will address my issue.

Horrible experience. After an unpleasant phone call and being placed on a very long hold, they came back with a number for me to contact an “Account Representative”. This number ended up being a general department number from google. As soon as they gave me the number, they hung up. Incredible. I don't know why I ever began banking here. BOA is a horrible bank to support. They invest in unethical businesses and treat their own customers like garbage. I'm pulling all of my money from this corrupt and poor servicing institution and plead for anyone reading this to do the same.

All of their dry thru teller windows are permanently closed. So any transaction short of a simple ATM withdrawal, we are forced to go inside the bank and risk our lives during this Pandemic. Very rude tellers. Unfriendly atmosphere. No one says welcome, smiles or much less offers to help you.

Called because I need to get a document notarized, I was told on the phone that I can come in even without being a member, went on my lunch break and then got there and was told no I cannot get it notarized because I was not a member and not one person even tried to accommodate anything after me driving all the way over there. How unprofessional.

One teller 3:30 pm and 7 in line. But I can hear many employees in back laughing and not concerned. It is always like this when I pay rent here. The worst customer service I have seen in a long time.

Got appointment with notary, waited for 20 min, nothing... go to March Landing location, much better service.
