We have been going to ACPV for at least 14 years and have always loved their services. Everyone on the staff always shows love, care and compassion for our dogs . They treat you as family. Highly recommend them!

Dr. McKee is a caring Veterinarian who listens to the pet parents. He shows compassion, provides clear and concise advice and explains his reasoning in a manner we can understand. I feel good about entrusting him with the care of my pets.

We live in Mandarin but travel to Ponte Vedra for Dr. J Von K. He was closer but moved to another location. We stayed there for a year but realized we missed him. He's a great listener. He has a positive and caring demeanor with Ranger. We are confident in his care for our furbaby. The rest of the staff is also friendly and efficient. Ranger loves the attention he gets there. They are really animal lovers.

Dr. John and the rest of the staff at Animal Care of Ponte Vedra are absolutely amazing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur babies.

I went in with a heavy heart I took my Penny in for an ultrasound...pretty much knowing what the results would be. The staff could feel my anxiety and they were all so nice and caring. The Doc actually called me back while he was still ultrasounding Penny and explained everything we were seeing right then and there. Very professional with a personal touch. I would highly recommend them for the care of your fur babies

The team's exceptional care, from the skilled vet (Dr. McKee) to the friendly front desk and efficient technician, truly impressed me. Despite not having an appointment and dealing with a bit of an emergency after coming from New York, they handled the situation expertly. They gave excellent attention to my dog, administering then prescribing medication that resulted in a 100% reduction in symptoms. I'm grateful for their dedication and highly recommend this clinic for its top-notch service.

I LOVE the doctors and staff at Animal Care of Ponte Vedra! They take the best care of our 2 dogs and 2 cats, their communication is excellent, and I believe they really do care deeply about each patient individually. We have been with Animal Care of PV through very high highs and very low lows. They were just as excited as we were when we brought our puppies in for the first time, and felt our devastation when we put our sweet Poppy down. We cannot recommend them enough.

We had a great first visit at Animal Care of Ponte Vedra! All the staff were so friendly. Dr. McKee was great and made our dog very comfortable. We are very pleased we switched to them :)

Dr. John K has provided outstanding care for my GSD and is a wealth of great information. I trust him and the entire staff and had a great experience on every visit.Victoria provided grooming services recently, and her work is outstanding. I'm so impressed! I can pet my long-coat GSD and not a single hair comes off and my dog looks amazing.

My 2 year old mini poodle passed blood on the Thursday before memorial day .My regular vet was unavailable, the referral vet did not take new patients, two vets in Saint Augustine would not help us. I walked in to AnimalCare and was greeted by the excellent staff they took over and Dr Macnabe handled everything and exceeded my expectations. I am very appreciative and the outcome with injection and medications resolved the issue. They had the equipment and lab to evaluate the condition. We were able to go home home that same morning..Thank you.

I’ve been going to Animal Care of Ponte Vedra for a few years. I’ve always been pleased. They truly love my dog as well others. We’ve been seeing Dr. John he couldn’t be nicer. Dr. John, Chelsea and the amazing staff far exceeds 5 stars. My family and I can’t express enough gratitude for this amazing team. Dr. John has been the care provider for our pets for many years. Dr. John and Chelsea truly came to our aid for our beautiful boy Yogi and even though the outcome was not as we hoped, he was cared for and love by this amazing team. Dr. John, you and your team are truly amazing and I can’t thank you all enough.

The nurses, doctors and front desk staff are beyond amazing at ACPV. My dog has had ear infections, a cancerous mass, cysts and honestly just about anything you can imagine. They have been so accommodating.. whether it’s in person or over the phone.To add to this… I’ve never been able to call the vet and get such good service the way I can at this office. I don’t mean this in a way to diminish the doctors or nurses because they are fabulous!… but the front desk staff is always so sweet, patient and willing to answer my many questions.10 out of 10 every single time I would recommend this vet office!

We love ACPV! Dr McFarland is our primary vet & we love her! She’s so thorough and caring. Sadie loves to hop in the car and see “Dr Tara.” The staff is friendly and efficient. We appreciate y’all!!
