I have been a customer for years - originally with St Johns Insurance . Since Acentria took over their customer service is extremely poor. They are unresponsive , lack followup , it's completely frustrating getting a simple task completed. You have to call and email and leave several messages . I will be canceling my policies with them and renewing elsewhere . Stay away unless you want to be frustrated, there are a lot of better agencies out there.Also their lack of followup cost one of my policies to lapse, I had no idea and under St Johns management they always made sure that didn't happen and called me! Now they have no one following up or assisting you , when I asked why they said its not their responsibility. Well it should be as my agent .

Absolutely the worst insurance company you could ever deal with. We used to be with St. John’s Insurance Company and these folks took over. That’s where the service went downhill fast. The handling of our accounts by Holly has been one mistake after another. For nearly a half a year we thought we had flood insurance on our new property to find out that it was not insured at all! Now I’m finding out that the new owners of our old house do not have a flood policy in their name either, since it is still in our name! We all signed a document to transfer it to their name and Accentria (Holly) never sent it! So basically if they were to have a claim they would be uninsured! Avoid this company at all costs. They are incompetent.

Since the change from St John's Insurance to Acentria, customer service is terrible. It could take over 10 days for a call back, if you are lucky. All of the St John's Insurance staff does not seem to be there anymore. Will be looking for other options.

Avoid this place, too many good options to deal with poor customer service, poor follow up and lack of knowledge.

I had a great experience with this insurance company. I called requested quotes and Sara responded quickly with the quotes. She is very knowledgeable and eager to please. Hands down 5 stars for the customer service!!

They are bad. After hurricane Irma , had damage and am still waiting to hear from them. As the other rating suggest customer service terrible . Waited on the line hours upon hours to put in my claim. Was hung up on several times. Now my roof is leaking and my house is getting damaged. They told me to climb on the roof and put a tarp well I'm disabled and have no money. The waiting game continues . Yes shame on them. They subcontract your claim and you will get lost in the maze .... I feel helpless and without a hope. Not only do I have to contend with the sinking feeling that my home is damaged, I also be to deal with the.sinking feeling that my insurance company has failed me. yourself a favor skip this company. I called twice both agents took my information and stated that they will contact me about an quote. Never heard from them again. WOW what great way to handle business !!!!

No results to my phone request for a copy of my policy. Was told it was not available and it would arrive in the mail. After requesting a urgent need, was told I would get a call back but did not. No response to my follow up email.Finally I called and made the request with the person who answered the phone and was told it was available and would be sent via email.

Terrible company. After years of collecting my premium there was one third party claim they paid $5000 against my advice, and then cancelled my insurance. One claim, cancelled, while I’ve been battling Stage 4 cancer. Take your business elsewhere!
