“First time here and integrity and honesty is what I experienced. I thought my charging port was bad and a part was ordered. When I brought the phone in for the repair Eric checked the port, cleaned it out and that was all that was needed. No charge and I was on my way. Everyone I talked to was very respectful. “We came in on a very busy Saturday to upgrade my daughter's phones. The employees were very busy, but still took time with each guest. We were fortunate to have Gabriel. What an asset to the company! He took his time with us and was able to make sure we had what we needed. Answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable before we left. “Got a brand new federator, I’m paying on hopefully I can put cash also on it besides the payments of making the like less than the payments we’ll see how it goes, but they were very professional and I have a brand new fridge. it wasn’t easy getting in my house, but they got it in. There’s a dent on the left bottom side and a few scratches but that it’s it’s fine so but I’m the one that wants them to put it in so now I found a little minor scratches here Door frame the doors but other than that it’s it’s I’m not gonna know worry bad little bit of scratches that you can barely see. There’s some in the plastic too so that’s from manufacturing and that’s not from them so oh no it was excellent experience highly recommend them. Haven’t got the kit for the icemaker warm maker yet, but I will soon but so far so good nice and calm make a little noise sometimes”

“Kenny is a real asset to T-Mobile. He goes way beyond what is necessary. Couldn’t get Bluetooth to work in car and he came outside and helped to get to work. Very knowledgeable. Just came in store phone wouldn’t turn on. Kenny said it updated and showed me what to do if it happened again. He definitely should be commended for this and get some compensation.”

“Excellent! I called to schedule a home visit for my home/work combination. I was told what needed to be ordered and when it would arrive. As promised John called the day the part arrived and we scheduled for first thing the next morning. He arrived on time and quickly had everything in order. “Purchased stereo system, with help. At a concert every day rocknroll, best ever hear. Charlie, Dave, staff, explained, and showed me, the system I was looking for. They set it up, and let me listen to all the music I enjoy, the emotions just poured out, listening to such a excellent system. They also set it up at the house, did great job. They are nice people, who understand the great life value of music. Just added another jl sub, now have double, bass is super good, the guys at stereotypes just priceless, very happy”

“My Metro PCS WiFi box stop connecting to the Internet so I called customer support and literally stayed on the phone for two hours trying every troubleshooting trick that the phone representative knew to do until it was obvious that it was not going to work. So I got in my car and drove to our local Metro store where I purchased the WiFi box to try to get it exchanged but instead the representative that was working that day Krysti assured me that she could help me... she got on the phone with I'm guessing corporate and with in ten minutes I was walking out a very happy customer and my WiFi has worked excellent ever since... she was very efficient and had a really nice personality very good people skills... I've dealt with every representative that works this store and she was hands down the best”

“James is the absolute best! I am severely technically challenged and he made what would have been a nightmare for me as smooth as silk. And with the Internet not working and my old phone not taking a charge, and the transfer from one phone to the next not cooperating, I am telling you James is like a warrior with this technical stuff! I appreciated him so much and he was so patient with me and I seem to be there 3 days in a row. Not only did he help me but he taught me how to maneuver my device as well. “Five stars for Samantha! Let me explain. Coming from Orlando, I was caught up in a 2 hour wait on I4 due to an accident and after making it to 95 I went south instead of North and wound up at this 7 eleven doing a u turn to then head north. I was almost losing my patience because of the wasted time. Waking into the store I was greeted by a very energetic and attentive cashier. She welcomed me and as I shopped I overheard Samantha, the cashier, conversating with everyone. Her level of positivity really cheered me up and I felt recharged. I thanked her for being so amazing! Thank you Samantha and 7eleven for this experience!! You rock!”
“I was worried about the process of switching to an Android from an iPhone, and especially the process of changing network providers, but D'nisha and Nonnie were both absolute blessings and did everything they could to help quickly and efficiently. Even when there were complicated situations and bumps in the road with account access and Verizon customer support, they were patient and understanding throughout the entire process while being extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely know where I'm going next time I need anything related to my new phone.”

But there is only one issue I seem to have and that is contacting them via phone to ask more than likely stupid questions I can ask them on my trips there. But I usually never get an answer with the listed phone number. Other than that I use this store frequently when I can't find the will to sleep hahaha.”

“I love this place- the ppl who work here are by far the most awesome people to know. They called me last week to wish me happy birthday, but they’re so much more than thoughtful. These are the above and beyond type, they work with any financial situation you’re in and make you feel special. Such a great place especially if you need a few pieces and don’t have a lot of extra cash to drop. Yes, you will ultimately pay more for the item, but you could never have had any of it without their trust. Love them- I would have given 5 stars, but they don’t have a lot of inventory on hand, that is truly the only reason. You can order whatever though, so take that into consideration”
“Reggie & the one manager Ruthy were a really great help for us today. We were on official company business and they let us test the consoles we were buying for our stores, and was very patient with us despite it being a whole 2 hr+ process with multiple calls to the company owner for transactional permissions. They also had a very good sense of humor, a real “rolling with the punches” kind of group that felt entirely too down to earth. They’re also respectful of your sense of identity, and they all work very well together. They communicated with one another frequently during the whole process and managed to almost seamlessly handle other customers while dealing with us as well. Their overall sense of teamwork and community within themselves and their customers is remarkable, a lot of the folks coming in being repeat customers over the years who share trust in them. An amazing experience altogether.”
