R U D E clerk. He yelled at my 8 year old, pretended to hit him with the mop for spilling a little slurpee, took a video of my son, then put the scanner light in his face when we were checking out and called him crazy. When we went to leave he looked at my son and spoke in Arabic with a smirk on his face. He was super aggressive and unnecessarily rude.

I would give no stars. Worst management ever. My coupon popped up on the screen and he clicked it off. I always used the American Spirit coupons in this store. The ripped me off for $4.50. !!! Other trips in they were rude. Talk on there phones while checking out and act very annoyed your bothering them. Terrible people. Scared my little old neighbor lady by yelling at her. She will never go back. Dirty soda fountain so won’t let my husband get his drinks there. Never going back. The whole neighborhood in Ponce Inlet talking about it. Who owns this store in this lovely little town.

Would give no stars if possible. Management is beyond rude and inconsiderate. I can not belive how the cashier was speaking to customers ahead of me in line. On the phone talking to someone the entire time. Sure glad he did not speake to me in any rude manner. I would have ripped him across the counter and showed him how we treat people with respect here in the United States.

This 7-11 use to be the best one on this end of A1A. They had great hot food during the day. Fountain drinks tasted as they should and staff was friendly. A few months later and this place has taken a complete 180. The hot food selection is non existent and the fountain drinks taste horrible...even when they are not out. Which is a constant now. Can't even get a big gulp cup with a lid. Unless you are getting cold beer, ice or a bottle beverage steer clear of this 7-11. Because it's ABSOLUTELY not Oh thank heaven....

Worst 7-11 I have seen! Horrible management of hot dog stands. No buns, no cheese, no others like onions, ketchup, etc…dirty as well. Checked in for a hot dog at 11:30 am (lunch time) and I berated the lady there for not having the necessities of the hot dog stand. Will NOT go back there unless the management clean themselves up and set the proper way a 7-11 should be conducted!Shame on the current management of this Ponce Inlet 7-11!

Never used 7-Eleven before being from the UK but was surprised with the vegan snacks available. Cookies, crisps, drinks. Handy stop off for us.

This 7/11 is awesome and the staff is great. However, NEVER BUY THE CANDY CANE COOKIES AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE! They’re only $1 so you would assume what a deal! However, they’re absolutely repulsive and I wouldn’t use them to wipe me arse. I took one bite and threw them in the trash where they bloody belong.

I prefer writing good reviews and understand the struggles of business. Having said that, giving this store a 1 star is a gift. They dont deserve a star but "no star" is not a choice. Due the the proximity of this store to my home, I tolerate a lot in dealing with this nightmare of a store, but they are the definition of disorganization. If you go there today (or within the last 3 weeks) and buy a pint of Haaden.Dazs Ice cream, you will pay $7.99 despite the price of $6.99 being advertised on the rack that it is stocked! I have told them about this problem many times but no one really cares. At least they finally got the freezer repaired and its no longer melted and refrozen. Anyone who frequents the place knows that the freezer breaks down 3 to 4 times per year. Sadly, the owner is SO CHEAP that he/she trys to get away with refreezing the ice cream. Now I have to feel for hollow areas before I buy it to make sure it hasnt been thawed and refrozen.I also wonder about the training program as I tried to use a manufacturers coupon for 2 days in a row and the emplyee who was new and working alone did not know how to discount an item with a coupon. I have to agree with the other reviews in that the previous mgmt had it together but I walked in there one day and everyone was gone. Just two faces I have never seen before working non stop in raising the price on just about everything in the store. When I asked what had happened, I was told that the previous mgmt was causing the store to lose money. I had gotten to know the old team in there and they were the nicest people you ever want to meet. when you walk in the store, they would take there place by the register unlike the new people who whould finish whatever they were doing and then get to you while you wait at the register wondering when they will come do thier job.My experiences in this place have been almost comical and I scratch my head wondering how they stay in business. No competition is all I can come up with but I know that the amount of money I used to spend there was somewhere between 10 to 20X what I do now. I try to make sure I get what I need before I come back home these days since going the that place has made me too judgemental. Although I expect something to be wrong or go wrong when I enter that store, they never disappoint.If you are from ponce inlet and you are reading this then you already know but if you are visiting .... good luck. That store is strictly for the ez going personality .

Ever sense they have had new management, this place has been getting so dirty..the floors are nasty and there is cups on the floor and soda, one time we came in and I went to go get a fountain drink and it wasn't working and I went to go tell the lady up front and she said "I know".. well um ok why don't you have a sign. The new employees are just lazy now.. old management was better and the employees back then where the sweetest I just don't know what happen

We’re local and used to visit here often. But now nothing works. No fresh brewed coffee, soda machine only works half the time, slurpee machine is never cold, peanuts are never fresh, inventory is always low, ice is all melted together.It’s a real shame. Only store in town. We drive to the one off Dunlawton now

Went into store for ice cream and a fountain coke. And possibly something else like for instance boiled peanuts. Looks like the peanuts been sitting their for days empty, the soda was out and the lady would not reset the coke machine she told me to get bottled coke, and if I wanted bottled coke I would have grabbed from beginning. Not asked her to switch over the coke I thought that was rude and she went walked away to ringing up my ice cream and then I asked her if she was going to to change soda over she said no. she shouldn't be working their if she can't do some simple tasks this place has been gradually dropping over time I come to ponce inlet and I have a condo across the street I'm so not happy with that lady I left and went to the 7eleven down the road and they had what I wanted no questions asked ..
