This woman sold me my home back in 2000. Now the same lot with less house is 390000. Crazy so mine is one million dollars. She and all had lost their value in this economy. If some one bites this hook then they have a nice commission.

Debbie and Megan at Panhandle Realty were awesome helping me sell my property. After working for the government for almost 30 years I have moved a LOT and have dealt with a lot of realtors. They were all good but Panhandle Realty is the best by far! They treated me like a friend and not a client. They are professional, knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone! I’m currently looking for another property and I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else.

Debbie is pretty awesome. I was in a situation where I needed to sell a home located in Florida while living on the west coast. I found Debbie by looking up realtors of recently sold homes in the same area. I am so glad I found her as she was absolutely the right choice. My home needed work but she was on top of it, helping to facilitate contractors while explaining exactly what she thought needed to be done. She is connected, professional, honest, accommodating, and very hard working. She knows the industry, she knows the area, and she knows how to sell quickly at the best price .. she was absolutely awesome!

Debbie was a honest realtor to work with. We found it very easy to buy a foreclosed home from her she helped us get into the house 2 weeks earlier than expected, she woked hard to make it a smooth process if you are looking to buy a home you should at least give her a call.
