Started in 2020 with BHRT and NDT and everything was perfect. Dr. Mack was still running things. Today is a different story. about a year and a half ago Dr. Mack stopped paying attention to the quality of both customer service and medication distribution, including but not limited to product and delivery. Once they had me wait over a week to fill my thyroid meds. They had to remake my BHRT 3x. When I asked to speak Dr. Mack (like I use to) they would gaslight me and not give him the message to call me. Sabrina thought it was okay to switch out my thyroid meds monthly using cheap fillers, making it unstable and unreliable. That is what Your Health Pharmacy is today.

I called 11 different pharmacies to find a medication and Your Health Pharmacy was the only one who had it! The staff is very professional and friendly! I’m so glad I found them :)

Hello,It has been 12 years now buying my bioidentical hormones from different compound pharmacies. I was very impressed and grateful with this specific pharmacy I just started one year ago.The pharmacists has taken the time to always explain in further detail on the changes made in my prescription made by my Doctors as well as suggesting different supplements to help heal.I went to therefor further book for consultation to have explain the different blood tests taken as a second opinion.I have learned so much more from also Britney pharmacist and other pharmacists with their world of information given.This is an extra service given that I am very grateful for.A caring pleasant crew to work with!Roxanne Salas

Doctor Mac is knowledgeable, friendly and motivated. My wife and I stopped by for the first time yesterday. Really tired of the chain pharmacies and their poor attitudes and work ethics. We will DEFINITELY be using this pharmacy as our only spice for the future.

Sabrina is a great addition to this pharmacy. She’s very knowledgeable and is always willing to help with a smile on her face. It is also very important to have someone who speaks Portuguese to help the Brazilian community in South Florida, many of them do not speak English well enough to explain their their needs.

I went to Your Health Pharmacy for a COVID test and was treated very well, the staff is very gentle and polite. Results came back on the expected r urnaround. Would definitely go back there! Sabrina help me translating, they are the Best!! ????????
