The 8pm Thursday class with Marcus is amazing. I left feeling so incredible, it’s exactly what’s needed after a long day. I love his music choice the playlist was a jazzy yoga vibe and it was perfect for an evening class. I was feeling all the good vibes :)

Went to a very sweaty 9:15 hot yoga class with Cory. He was uplifting, insightful, knowledgeable, and motivational. He pushes your limits in the best way possible. Definitely recommend this yoga studio
