This company reached out to me trying to get me to switch to their product and promising to save me money by claiming how much cheaper their epoxy was. I figured I’d give them a shot and placed an order. After paying all the hidden fees of sky high shipping and then having to order pigment this epoxy was much higher than I’ve been previously paying. Unfortunately the issues don’t stop there, after putting the epoxy down at 120 sqft a gallon I could immediately still see the concrete underneath. I’ve used multiple brands of epoxy over the yrs and I can say this is close to the worst epoxy I’ve ever used

Chris the owner has terrible customer service and every franchise he sold has all different pricing shop around! Wish I could say more but I’ll leave it at that.

Alvaro was my sales rep and helped guide me the entire time through my first experience doing an epoxy system. I did 5k sq ft using all his recommended processes and products and couldn’t be happier. The results are fantastic and I get compliments every time someone comes into my business. Would recommend the business and Alvaro again!

The most horrible expensive in my life!! And the customer service rep that seemed to be assisting the installers with there 3rd attempt on getting the floor right, took it on himself to call me crazy and lol in his reply back to me , after once again begging for a rep from the company to please come out to take a look or send a installer in my area that has extreme knowledge of this product , which his reply was we don’t have anymore that can help !! The installers has made so many attempts and we still have the same issues over and over , no coverage and pits in expoxy , the expoxy has in means leveled as promised !! The floor has been prepared as installers were instructed but this last attempt was worse !! The guys are clueless I keep saying there is not enough product being added !! Cause we are not getting full coverage and the leveling is not at all doing what this product states !! The only other issue would be that the color applied had an issue itself not allowing the topcoat to activate in a manor to level that may have caused all the issues !! The installers are at there wits end too , there is way over 10k in 685 sq ft !! And no one hasn’t even reach out to help us and I have request , I have all my message where the company rep tells me we want to make it right where you don’t think bad of our product !! What would you like us to do !! My reply was just get it right !! I sent tons of pictures even went as far as putting neon stickers all over the floor !! And when I replied back to rep telling him it worse than ever !! He literally calls me crazy in the message !! While I’m in tears cause my floors are a total embarrassment, and we’ve had to move furniture and appliances out for months now !! A major inconvenience of not having a home to properly live in !! While I’m begging for Extreme to please stepUp and help us figure this out !! Not to call me crazy when even the installers that are very well known too !! And are so frustrated not knowing why this product keeps having similar issues in totally different area of the floor !! There is a defeat in something that was applied all was awesome till they attempt to put the top coat on and it’s been hell since !!! And all we wanted was some direction advice in how to get it right !! Not for the rep to laugh at me and call me crazy and actually stated I just should have left the floor alone!!! When the floor was a total mess !!! So just maybe someone in this company will finally have some good old morals and reach out to get my floors right and assist your installers to getting the issues resolved !! As the rep had stated we just want to make it right , then after another attempt !! Now I’m crazy !!Please we just want the product to give us the coverage and level as it’s promised in all your products description all over the web !!Thank for at least reading and praying you have a heart to help fix the mess that the product has causedThx you and God blessCindy Sawyer

Demanded an upfront deposit on $4000 on an $8000 job. Did one day work and never came back. They promised in all correspondence to be back the next day and stay until job completed. Caused us to be out of the office for 6 weeks on a 3 day job waiting on them. I hired another contractor to finish the final 2 days work. TOTAL SCAM. RUN AWAY FROM THESE guys. Rich Kruse and Bobby Pietrasko are scam artists!

XPS has great products and great customer service. The sales team is always willing to assist and answer any questions I have. Great to work with. Furthermore, I was having an issue with a metallic floor and called Chris, the owner, to ask for help and he was able to provide a solution. Awesome company. Awesome people. Awesome products.
