I’ve been on the phone for over 15 minutes listening to recording after recording ONLY to ask parking at the new location 2401 E Atlantic Blvd in Pompano. The final recording said my call would be answered in approximately 25 minutes. This is unacceptable. Every time a new message came on I had the option to press zero which I did 6 times!!! Poor customer service. I’ve been a customer for years and had always been to the bank on S Ocean Blvd before it closed.
So can someone tell me where the parking is for this new location.

I have to agree with all of these low ratings. I’ll start with this particular branch. The tellers seem very poorly trained. As I was standing in line, I saw multiple instances where 2 tellers were needed to complete transactions. The line moved very slowly because tellers repeatedly had to ask other tellers for help to complete transactions.Now on to Wells itself. I found it comical that they have a giant sign behind the teller station saying their business can be concentrated into one word “courtesy.” That was paired with all the other signage pushing you to their mobile app and effectively telling you not to visit the branch. Not exactly courteous. When I finally got to the teller, she also pushed me to go online for help. What’s the point of having branches if no one is willing or able to help you?

Today I needed to utilize the comercial drive through lane. Arrived around 11:45AM, two other vehicles were in front of me in the commercial lane. While waiting the green open light turned to red, signifying that drive through lanes were now closed. The first car was still in line. About 2 mininutes later the 2nd car moved up to the window and was served. About 5 minutes later it was my turn. The teller lowered the blinds. I blew the horn to let him know that I had been waiting. He basically told me that I was lying, that I just drove up. Frustrated. I left. Got to be a better system, I hate being labeled a liar

This is one of the best branches I’ve been to! I just needed to cash a check and mrs. Erika helped me so fast and easy! And the two ladies in the front when I walked in were so welcoming and both spoke to me as soon as I walked in, I had a great experience

I have been banking with Wells Fargo since 2014 with four different accounts. Never once have I ever had a problem until the last month. March 2nd I deposited my husband's work check through my phone, and it went through of course and then all the sudden April 5th they tried telling me that somebody tried cashing that check that I had already deposited into my account a month prior. After several different phone calls I had several different excuses on why it happened only one of them admitted that it was their fault everybody else made excuses that it was my fault. But if they were to just look in their computer they would notice that I have never had a problem with Wells Fargo. And I know when I deposited that check through my phone that that check was ripped up immediately! So now they took that $483 out of my savings which was all the money I had and now they're telling me that I have to file a claim and wait up to 10 days to get any money back if at all. I even looked through all of my bank summaries and saw that there wete no duplicate entries, that check was not deposited twice into any of my accounts so why in the hell did they have the audacity to take it out of my account anyway even though the check was never cashed to begin with according to them them. It seems like they will do and say whatever they can to make them look good and us look like idiots because that's what they're trying to do to me but I have all of the documents all of the printouts to show that there was no fraudulent activity in my account whatsoever that check was not deposit into my account twice so why did they take it out at all? And most of all why didn't they call me when there was fraudulent activity going on in my account like they normally do? So something's not right with this Bank so needless to say as soon as I get this money back I am changing Banks immediately and I have four accounts with them! I have done absolutely nothing wrong! And it's a good thing that I check my banking everyday or else I would have not noticed that it was negative $483. And all they did was tell me that I have to wait up to 10 days to get any money back.. is that not the worst freaking BS you've ever heard in your life from a bank? And they're a good bank that's why I chose them. Why would they take that money out of my account if it was never even deposited twice now if it was deposited twice & they took it out once that's fine that's okay but it wasn't done there was no second deposit but yet they still took it anyway how can they get away with that? I'm on disability I get one check a month so any money I have is a lot of money no matter how much it is. And of course they act like they are so sorry and they care so much and they value our business and all this other crock of s*** but why would they take that money from me if it wasn't in my account twice and even if it was deposited twice in my account that would have been their mistake anyway that doesn't give them the right to take it all out but that wasn't even the case. And they waited over a month. I don't know about you but within a month I would imagine a bank would have their s*** together and no who's check their cashing what check their cashing where it's from & everything they needed on that account which I have and I offered it to him and they denied it. So they're doing something wrong they screwed up my account they screwed me out of money I have no money to my name now because of their mistake and now they're telling me I have to wait because of their screw up.. so I never had a problem with Wells Fargo before up until now but this is a pretty big mistake and the fact that they're not fixing it immediately is absolutely absurd. Four different f****** stories from four different story. All I know is I just can't wait to get this money back cuz I'm closing all my accounts and I'm switching to another bank because people like me who are on disability

Marlene was very helpful in making a last minute accomodating appointment for us. When we arrived she greeted us promptly and was able to help us transact our business quickly and efficiently. Not only was she
