Another bad display of customer service Wawa has really failed in this department… you open gas stations in neighborhoods that need understanding and strong management instead you get racial profiling and prejudice managers … bathrooms open to everyone except a women asking a man to Help her with and even exchange… manager refused service even threatened to have them arrested for God knows what… Manager Mark … do better… Wawa think this century your customer service is 1950’s racism…

No help from staff whatsoever. Order took 30 minutes longer than promised time while every other order went out. The staff member said, "they're making it now" about 10 times. Not coming back here. Hope management sees this.

I frequently stop at this location because it's on my way to a school I attend at night. I was APPALLED to see one of the people in the food prep area change the garbage bin after taking out the garbage, take it to the back, come back to the food prep area, and put gloves on WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!! 🤢 I watched like a HAWK to make sure that he did not touch my food. He didn't. Either they need help or more people scheduled to work because service was backed up and slow. Only 2 people were preparing food. I'm a WAWA fan, but I will try to avoid this location.

Unacceptable Lack of Restrooms at Wawa Gas Station
I recently visited the Wawa gas station and was appalled to find that they did not have functional restrooms for customers. The excuse given was that the plumbing was broken, but it's clear that the real reason is that they've had issues with homeless individuals using the facilities improperly.
As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of service, including access to clean restrooms. It's unacceptable that Wawa has chosen to abandon this responsibility, instead forcing customers to find alternative solutions, like using a coffee cup in their car!
The lack of restrooms is not only inconvenient but also unsanitary and disrespectful to customers. I hope Wawa reconsiders their decision and prioritizes providing a clean and safe environment for their patrons.

My daughter and I went for their fresh grilled chicken quesdilla, prepared with grilled green, onions, pinto de gallo, sour cream. We sat outside and enjoyed the music playing as we sat and ate our lunch. It was so good, my daughter didn't say a word until she was done eating and wanted seconds. Lol..
Vegetarian options: Made to order salads and other dishes.
Dietary restrictions: gluten free, lactose free
Parking: parking in front of the store.
Kid-friendliness: absolutely

Frequent this wawa daily, grew up with wawa so was happy to see it down here. This location is hot GARBAGE. Food at lunch time takes 30 minutes for the simplest of orders, the soda machines are out of order or out of ice a solid half of the time. I've often wondered how the general manager there still has a job. Today I had the chance to meet the waste of space myself when I tried to exchange some nicotine products I bought yesterday. Trying to quit smoking so I bought what I thought were vape pens but wound up being carts instead. So I ask to exchange them, he comes and asks for a receipt. I don't have one because they never print or offer receipts ever. I'm a rewards member and I'm sure he can easily look it up and see I bought them, even though they were perfect unopened packages and they're the only store in town that sells them he still said no. Really dumb reason to lose a customer. I'll be writing corporate.

STEVE the old white guy SUCKS!!!!! Super unprofessional & just all around RUDE. if you see him near the coffee bar just walk back to your car & pull off. He consistently makes the simplest drinks incorrectly then will ARGUE with you about it. The dude could be my grandfathers, grandfather but acts like an immature child. This was my daily stop but once they put Steve on the schedule I’ve migrated to the one in margate for better service. GET RID OF STEVE.

We charged our Tesla here. Clean facility. Parking lot can get a little sketchy. A few arrests have been made during our several charging times. Charges are limited and get very busy .

Kid-friendliness: I would not let my kids be unattended here
