i came here 4 nights in a row to buy a google tv thing. first 3 nights waited in electronics nobody ever showed up. the 4th day k come during the day, guess what? nobody back there. there is like 6 ppl waiting besides me. no other employees know anything they are npc's . this kid finally picks up the phone an intercoms please someone come to electronics. this dude DERRICK finally storms back into electronics gets in like 4 of our facars yelling who's idea was it. i said who cares we've been waiting here forever. then he refused me service and called me a "cracker" like what the hell. i'm traumatized. His name was Derrick he was in regular clothes. and be throwing racial terms at someone who just wants a google play.

We came here to find a specific product that said was sold here. While we did find the product, checking out was very slow and customer service was lacking. The parking lot was getting work done as well, so there was not much room to park.

This huge Walmart Supercenter located along Atlantic Blvd offers:* Clothing, shoes, accessories* Electronics & video games* Grocery* Garden center* Pet care, bany care, toys* Housewares, furniture* Automotive care, sporting goods* Paper goods, health & beauty and much moreI accompanied my son to pick up some grocery items as this will be his first attempt in cooking a meal. I stood by watching him walk down aisles looking for the needed ingredients, comparing prices, and realizing how much things add up at check out. My baby boy is doing grown-ish things. Finger's crossed that his meal comes out well.

This morning at 10:15 AM we arrived at the Walmart at 2300 W Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach. Looking for fabric for Halloween costume. We had to go looking for someone to help us. Fine, we found a woman stocking the shelves in the Toy Isle and asked for help. She looked at us as if we had "THE NERVE" to bother her. After a couple of minutes, I asked her if she was going to help us or not. She put down what she was doing and followed us to the department. It was very near where she was. WE asked if she could please cut for us 4 yards of the fabric. After taking her sweet time to cut it, she labeled it and as we walked away, but my husband noticed she had priced it over $31.00. So we asked her how come it was so much? It was $4.47 a yard. It should have only been $17.88. She argued with us that it was over $7.00 per yard. I don't remember the exact price she stated. We showed her that the 2 bolts having the same fabric came from the shelf to the right, next to the register. With an attitude, she said it was in the wrong place and it belonged around the corner. I pointed out to her that what was around the corner was YARN! He attitude continued. I explained to her that, it was "False Advertisement" to miss label anything, and pointed out to her that perhaps, a mistake could have been made for one bolt. But we found 2 boltsvery near to each other on the same shelf. She refused to be of any help, so we asked her to call a Supervisor, or a Manager. She said "They is a meeting." I asked her to please, call them. Surely there had to be someone in the store din charge that wasn't in a meeting. She refused. This associates name is "MARIE". I stated to her that fine, "I" would go home and call the Manager, and that I would remember her name, Marie. As we walked away, she began yelling that she "would call a manager!"This persons face would surely have cracked if she tried to smile. Such a terrible attitude I have never encountered in any store in my life, and I have had a very long life. People like this shouldn't be in a store that offers any kind of public service. If you ask me, she should be replaced immediately. I am a Walmart Stock Holder. Makes you think twice about where our money is going.

I have a free trial of Walmart plus, so I decided to give their grocery delivery a try. I am so impressed! With the membership, I get free delivery, and it was very easy to select and find the grocery items I needed. I selected the 1-2pm window, it was suggested, as a less busy time. The perfectly bagged groceries were on my doorstep at 1pm sharp! Excellent work, I will certainly use this service again.

This store is something else. I ordered a curbside pick up. First they delay the order for two hours. Then they just cancel it. Terrible service.

Horrible customer service. They said Return dept was closed when my 84 year old mom went to return something but then 15 minutes later opened for someone else to make a return but told my mom again they were closed. Nobody smiles. Everyone looks unhappy. They walk around lazily and just overall a horrid shopping experience.

One of the problems here is the workers at all hours seem to be stacking shelves all the time in many aisles and never try to move out of your way so it's difficult also there could be 200 people in 2 lines and 10 workers standing around and they will never open another register

Saying I am pissed off is an understatement. So my husband and I were down in Florida for 7 days staying at a luxury resort which we own. After getting up at 2:15 to catch a 5:39 flight we were exhausted. So we knew once we got to our room we're were going to be too exhausted to grocery shop. So we ordered our groceries online. Delivery came on time but so many items were out of stock it was disgusting. Once I got the notification that the items were out of stock I was perplexed as to why they didn't give me the substitution items. So me being the super woman that I am I immediately called the store but to no avail. (Seriously??????) the phone rang, rang and f****** rang. Can you believe I called them 5 times and no one answered and on top of that my eggs were missing. So now it's 9:30 am and I want to cook breakfast for myself and hubby we don't have eggs oh I didn't mention the bacon and milk were out of stock.. at this point I am livid you hear me LIVID. Okay let me take a breathe. So now I'm looking online at shipt.com so I order a few items from Publix which included Milk, bacon, eggs, coffee creamer and a few more items. Thank god my hubby was sleeping bless his heart he didn't know the drama I was experiencing and I decided to let him sleep and just deal with this nonsense myself. After an hour or so I received my Publix order and everything was delivered. THANK GOD but why did I have to order from a different store because stupid Walmart didn't have the most important items that I requested???? Ok okay Ridiculous so anywho I will no longer shop or order anything from Walmart because this is not the first time they screwed up my order, furthermore I want a refund for my missing eggs and two other items. Never again Walmart your lost a valued customer. Zero stars

You get crap if you try to save at Walmart. Frozen broccoli and cauliflower in a bag had nothing but broccoli stalks!!! And if you look at the tiny tiny label that's what it says-- broccoli stalks!!! The photo on the bag shows complete broccoli. What a bunch of ripoff holes they are. Get better quality and not lies on packaging by going to Publix.

They always have what I'm looking for in stock, honestly it's convenient and great location to shop at. The only negative is the lines tend to get long when cashing out. No matter the time of the day it's long lines! Staff is friendly and willing to help, decent prices, the order ahead and pick up seems to be the best bet if you're trying to get in and out quick. Clean most of the time and lots of selection to choose from.

If you are desperate for an item and can't drive to another Walmart, then shop here. Worst customer service! Cashier seemed in a hurry and was not interested in any questions or concerns you may have. Items were on sale but ran up different, so the cashier just confiscated them instead of inquiring. Best to use self checkout. After Christmas, all the sales items were placed in an aisle, which is fine. However, several of the items were not discounted at checkout, AND we were told they weren't Christmas items (even though the packaging was red and green).
