The pharmacy attendant was rude, did not speak English with any competency and handed me off to someone else since she could not understand English. This is not the first time this has happened at the 1101 E Federal Blvd, Pompano Beach FL location.
Walgreens need to step up their hiring practices or they will continue to drive customers to CVS.

I am new to the area, I have chosen Walgreens for my pharmacy. I must say from the front of the store to picking up a couple things every visit has been pleasant and hospitable. Never have I ever had a bad experience with a person. Also I to visit the liquor store, unfortunately I believe there are ways for the workers to become acquainted with their products a bit more.

The pharmacy is not very quick and the customer service is awful! Had to wait 41 minutes in the drive-thru! Needed the meds so I had to wait. Not the first time this has happened ?

Worst two workers ever . I had called in advanced to ask when my medicine would be ready and when I get there I get a mean old black lady all mad talking about "it's not ready with an attitude- I'm like well they told me 12:30 and she responded - nobody told you nothing ... she then proceeds to tell me to wait 15 minutes . 5 minutes later the RX magically is ready . Won't be back here . Pathetic customer service .

The pharmacy area needs to be restaffed or shut down these people are so so nasty and rude it’s disgusting they are lazy and weird individuals I regretted not paying CVS for my medication instead of transferring Someone needs to look into this every staff member is way to upset to help and I really needed help today it’s crazy

The pharmacy staff is unprofessional and quick to rush you off. The wait time to get attended is ridiculous. This is the worst walgreens pharmacy I've ever dealt with.

Seriously may be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The ladies are so rude. They put their personal problems on the patients of people just trying to receive medication. Worst service I’ve experienced. Rude comments every time I walk in or call. Seriously need to work on staffing there
