Looolol..... also to purchase new supplies as I do more research on health, beauty, and muscle structure for those over 40 like myself. Great product that my nutritionist advised me about is the CoQ10. Great to help increase your metabolism and especially for those who suffer from high cholesterol. It's a must add to your morning vitamins. It's also great to help reduce heart conditions. The OMEGA 3-6-7-9 are also a plus especially for the 40+ age groups. If on the go Lean Muscle is the best protein shake I've tried, the rest taste horrible.... And you can never go wrong with the Celsius as a pre workout! If not a tea or a black coffee... theses could be bought here for a great price.”
