Dear friends, I strongly recommend you not to look for help from this seller SAM BENCHANNOUF, he will lie to you in all possible ways to try to keep you. How it was with me. For only a month, this employee assured me that I would pick up my car very soon, but time went by and nothing changed. I've heard a lot of different stories that the car will be ready, that you have to wait until the end of the month. And now the end of the month has come. And what I hear from him. Sorry, your car is not ready because it has another 300,000 cars in need of pre-sale preparation. Bypass this employee if you don't want to get into my situation. Had a great experience purchasing a car. Made the transaction very simple for an out of state buyer. I HIGHLY recommend Duane as he was thorough. His manager Jeremy was also great to deal with. First of many vehicles from this dealer! Pleasure to deal with…? will be back for another purchase.

Sale of the new vehicle went great...trying to get someone to replace a bad battery the vehicle had from day one is another story...no call back, no responses, excuses....$55k for a new vehicle and they cannot be bothered to follow up...go somewhere else...so disappointed!

Recently purchased a lightly used vehicle from Dayne Facey. He was kind, patient, and professional, and he made the process easy. I would definitely do business with BMW of Pompano Beach again.

While everyone is very nice, unfortunately this office is not professional and the employees and managers do not return calls or contact clients regarding any issues. I am also concerned that they run scams here. I purchased a vehicle a month ago. When I didn't receive my tag I reached out and was told to wait longer. I was contacted by the bank who informed me that the financing was never submitted by the dealership. Since I was made aware I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. I have called, emailed, and left voicemails. However no one is getting back to me. The one person I have been able to speak with has said I'll need to come in and give them more money. If they needed more money why would they let me leave with the vehicle for over a month? Why wouldn't they initiate contact? Please be very careful with this dealership as they seem to be engaging is suspicious activity.

My dealings with this company started off bad and ended horribly wrong! I was interested in a car on their website, the automated assistant told me it was in the lot, then two people called me to confirm this. I said I was on my way down to look at it. When we arrived, they informed me it’s not here, they said they would bring it to my house in the evening which they did. Then we started negotiating the deal over four days getting everything into place. We agreed on a price and other conditions. I put insurance on the car, I went through the credit card application, I did everything they asked. They had advertised this car as a “Certified BMW”, they went over and over with me how important it was to buy a certified BMW, when I was literally ready to walk out of the house to go purchase the car they called me to say it was not a “certified BMW“ openly admitting to false advertising, they said they would give me $1000 off, how insulting, I would stay away from these conmen as far as you can, they literally advertise illegally, which is completely against the law, I will be reporting them to the consumer protection agency and the Better Business Bureau !

Can’t say enough about Willy and the service he provided my parents and myself in there purchase of a car. We have been looking for a short time for an X3 M40i and saw a couple there. The initial one my parents were interested in didn’t sell my parents but the other one with higher price tag had something special about it. Willy was able to make some things happen with his manager and got my parents a great deal on their new addition.
Definitely will be back when I decide to upgrade my X5 to the M. Thank you again Willy!!!!

This company over torqued my wheel nuts and damaged my wheels and then refused to take care of it. Service Advisor JONATHAN cursed at me, and throwed the key to me. This company is rude, ameteur, damage the cars. DONT GO HERE
