They deserve zero stars! When they couldn’t find my UHC insurance (all the other Visionworks take my insurance year after year including Today at another Visionworks after leaving this crock) after selecting frames and giving them the new prescription, they ignored me. I asked for a quote with their specials, and they ignored me.

Sanjita was amazing!!! She helped my son and I picked out the perfect frame, and she was very professional and took her time with us. On the doctor side Estefanie was amazing with us. We were seen immediately . She educated my son and I on eye health care . Great location everyone there is amazing and very professional. Will definitely recommend friends and family to this place.

This was my first time at this location and Carmelo the Optician was amazing. He helped me picked out the perfect frames for my face. Great experience. Definitely will come back.

I couldn't be happier with the extraordinary service I received from Miracle Brodeur and the whole team at Visionworks. From the eye exam with Dr. Pawlak to the help I received from Miracle in helping me pick out the perfect frames for my two new pair of glasses and making sure all the measurements were precise, I am one extremely happy customer. I picked up my glasses today and Miracle was there to ensure the comfortable fit and was pleasant and professional throughout my entire experience.

What a great experience for an eye exam and new glasses. I was greeted at the door and made to feel very welcome. I had great help choosing new glasses. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend to friends.

Dr. Pawlak is amazing! He listens and answers any question you may have. Miracle and Sanjidah were super helpful and explained the process for getting my wife’s new sunglasses. They made awesome suggestions and assisted us until the store almost closed! They took their time with us and it was refreshing to experience amazing customer service!

I hesitate to go for eye exams as I get older, but this visit made the change of a lifetime because I was comfortable speaking with the gentleman that took my information as I walked in, then Dr. Pawlak was very comforting in going into detail and fully explaining the answers to all my questions….. the best part was picking out my frames, every pair I found i was second guessing how they would look on me and Miracle and Sanjidah helped explain they can make any frames into sunglasses so that we don’t have to choose from a small selection, instead the entire store was within reach of becoming my choice for sunglasses! During the checkout process Sanjidah ensured we got the best pricing which was fabulous..When all was said and done we found out it’s a small world with exchanging stories on drum corps and much more with Miracle. Over all fabulous experience and I highly recommend if anyone has had a “meh” experience at any other vision place or even under the same company, then switch to this location for sure! ??

I used this store for Dr Pawlak for last 3 years. I highly recommend Dr Pawlak and his staff for eye exam. I tried to get my prescriptions filled at this store but I could not find frames that fit or I would wear. I have a small face and most stores would only carry 2 or 3 pairs that would fit me so it usually take 3-4 stores. This year, I finally found a nice frame that fit here and had it filled. It took a week for my progressives lens. It was fitted quickly by a gentleman at the counter and he even help me tighten my old pair of glasses which I got somewhere else. So definitely thumbs up for the service. I hope I can find another pair of frames for my next prescription because I would love to have it filled here again.
