May 29. 2024 Vision works assistant was very helpful in selecting frames, comparing health insurance options along with the assistant to the eye doctor who went over contact exam and pricing. Both on staff that day were very courteous and professional.

Employee named Miracle worked a miracle on my glasses that were hanging on by a thread and sanjidah was there with her to make sure everything went great which it did the whole time , didn’t charge me as a first time being at vision works and now when I finally buy new glasses which I need to , I know where to come

I sat on my glasses, and everyone said they couldn't be fixed. I was ready to use glue or tape to hold them together until my eye surgery. Then I found Carmelo. He saved my glasses with his skillful repair, making them as good as new. Highly recommend Carmelo for any tough fixes!

You have earned a customer for life. I went somewhere else for my eye exam but purchased my glasses from vision works but there was a problem with my glasses when I picked them up the prescription was wrong no fault of Vision Works it’s the Dr I chose to see before them gave me the wrong prescription. I went back and spoke to Miracle and Carmelo and let’s just say they took care of everything they were pleasant, professional and understanding. I couldn’t be happier with the service and I haven’t even got my glasses back yet. That’s how good they were. See you soon! Thanks

Carmelo and Miracle are the best! Went to a different facility for my prescription and they got messed up, everything was off; however brought them to visionwork and they were beyond helpful. Took their time to fix the problem and I cannot be more happy. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service!

Visiting from Minneapolis (where I go to Visionworks) and I broke my glasses in the ocean where they were severely bent. Carmelo, the optician on site that day, fixed my glasses and they are back to functioning like they were before they broke. When I saw them severely bent, they were really bad. Thank you Carmelo for resurrecting my glasses and saving vacation. (Literally)

I was particularly impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the staff at Visionworks. They were able to answer all of my questions and help me choose the best lenses for my needs. I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to adjust my glasses perfectly so that they were comfortable and looked great.
