Amazing location, very helpful service agents! Customer service here is top notch. Parking lot is very easy and convenient, bathrooms are very nice as well. Sonny was awesome!

Sonny the manager here is an incredible person, salesman and just an upstanding individual. He went above and beyond for me and my experience at Verizon today was simply immaculate. He pulled out all the stops and got me on a new plan, and helped me save like nearly half of what I was paying with T Mobile. He got me everything I needed to get started with his expertise and I am now leaving the Verizon store with a new iPhone and new Apple Watch along with a great experience with someone who knows what they are doing!!! I am so please with his help today my girlfriend will now be switching over to Verizon and getting a new phone and watch as well! We’re also going to add Verizon Home Internet because of how amazing my experience has been thus far! Any one that is looking for a new phone and an amazing customer service experience come see Sonny! He’s the man in wireless in Broward County do not waste any more time with the others!!! Sonny is the greatest!!!

Still same experience. Sonny is such a professional person. Needed a new number and iphone for work purposes and he’s done it yet again! Killer service, great upbeat demeanor, very transparent with the total cost and numbers of everything. Some people say it’s one price and after everything it’s a total different number. Not with Sonny the Verizon GOAT! Thanks my brother! Will be back again, only to this location to see the man Sonny! Appreciate it!
