I just went to this store for the first time.i wanted help with the mac cosmetics. I went to the front asked the person if some one could help me with finding the right foundation for my skin.she said there was noone in the store that could help me with makeup questions.i would have spent a lot of money if there was someone.she said that didn't come in till later.how could a makeup store have no one to help me lol.i will never go there again.ill go to a different one or to the mac store

I know very little about make-up and my go-to make up of 10 years was discontinued. Myla was so patient and knowledgeable, helping me find an alternative that not only perfectly matched my skin tone but also matched my level of comfort for applying makeup. Myla also does makeup and hair in the store, and it's clear that she is knowledgeable regarding makeup for darker skin tones and caters to client's preferences and comfort. Thank you, Myla!!

I went to this location at 8:54pm and they were closed when their store hours clearly says 9pm. The lady literally saw me and said they’re closed.

Three employees who were laughing and talking at the register, but didn’t offer to help. When I went up to them to ask, they seemed like I was interrupting and were unhelpful in their response.
It was disappointing since they are a specialized beauty market, and I was the only customer in the store.

I’m not sure what happened to this store. But in the last few months it’s gone down the drain. They are constantly out of product, the testers are so gross I would honestly be embarrassed to have them out. I’m not sure why management doesn’t look around the store to see what should be replaced, what’s out, etc. Again, it’s embarrassing. The equivalent of going to someone’s home and they don’t have toilet paper or napkins for you to use. This is a makeup store. Why are they out of tons of makeup and why are their testers beyond gross?

I have been in this store twice in the last 30 days. First time was dead, 3 girls standing around chatting, I had to go to the front and ask for assistance. Just left there today, store was busy, very same Manager on duty, Mary, was on her phone texting at the front of the store, customers in line, only 1 cashier on duty, and there she stood with a bored look on her face, then with her back turned to the customers. Barely acknowledged the line. Granted she looked quite young, but her lackadaisical attitude and demeanor was a surprise on a busy day. Thank you

The best Ulta in all of South Florida. The manager and advisor Kenya took all the time to help me with a gift card doing a procedure that was difficult for me and I was SUPER happy with my purchases. I would definitely come again just for the magnificent attention!! I need more ULTA like this with your extremely helpful staff
