This location has consistently disappointed me with its customer service. It’s frustrating to see staff selectively greet customers as they walk in, making some feel welcome while ignoring others entirely. On my last visit, my boyfriend and I were browsing the setting sprays because I was interested in trying a new brand. An associate approached us and said, “Excuse me,” so naturally, we stepped aside, assuming she needed to pass. Instead, she brought another customer right in front of us, completely disregarding our presence. They proceeded to chat and laugh for over 10 minutes. I ended up buying only perfumes and skipping the setting spray altogether, it was such an unpleasant experience.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR FRAGRANCES BEOFRE YOU LEAVE… purchased this product “sealed” (one end of the wrap was glued down)opened it up walking out and was surprised to see a empty tester bottle in the box. Walked back in and Cristina took care of it however that’s still crazy. be careful.

Terrible customer service!!!! Make it nearly impossible to pick up small items. My girlfriend was completely embarrassed by Kenisha we think her name was. Her name was on the pickup order and she also has the order number and the lady wouldn’t let her pick up her product!! It was a $13 product and she was acting like it was $500. She made it seemed like she was trying to steal from the place and embarrassed her in front of many people. NEVER VISIT THEY ARE ALWAYS RUDE CHECK RECENT REVIEWS

They can’t give you a gift receipt IF you forgot and walk right back in to ask for it and the item I bought was posted $30.00 and I was charged $32+ tax I didn’t want to be sour and ask to go check what it says. 😣

Thank you Amber! I had to check my receipt to see if I was charged for your comments, but, no...those were complimentary! Your snyde back handed insults made me realize I can just order from Philosophy on Amazon. Amber, you are the direct reason that location is closing. You must have a relative in the Ulta Corp that got you this cashier job. Why else would you have not been let go a long time ago?

The employees at this store are abhorrent. Picking up an order is near impossible here compared to other locations. Not to mention there have been several instances of <$12 order total and acting like it’s a $500 order asking for every verification and spending way too long. I don’t recommend this location one bit. Worst location I’ve ever been to.

Seriously awful costumer service. I’ve been there a year ago and it was fine but yesterday they treated me like I wasn’t even there. I was waiting to get help because for some weird reason they don’t leave the fragrances out for testing anymore and so I went to the cashier staring at this woman and she didn’t even say hi to me, she just ignored me until I asked “hey can you please help me” and then I asked to smell some male body sprays and she proceeded to open the places where the body sprays were with this nasty attitude and this was the worst experience I’ve had from a far. She was showing it to me as if she was doing me a favor. Anyways this was the last time I came here. I spent a lot of money at this ulta but I guess I’m not returning anymore.

Went in for my yearly perfume purchase - every single fragrance is locked up. There’s not many employees walking around. A younger girl gladly assisted in opening a few cases to test, but she quickly disappeared after assisting. An older woman in a white coat helped me with a few more, but was a little cranky doing it - she only sprayed the tester strip once and much of the fragrance was gone before spelling it. if you’re going to lock the fragrances there should be someone to assist until you’ve found the right one. Instead of buying Coco for $140 I ended up purching a much cheaper $70 perfume that wasn’t under lock and key. Not very conducive for someone shopping for high end fragrance. Next time I’ll just go to Macys.

I went in on a Sunday to find products missing in every brand. When I tried to purchase a product I did not understand the change in policy to app purchase versus in store. Instead of politely explaining it to me the manager was rude and demeaning. I am a diamond member and she was rude. With so many missing products and the overall disarray of the store I was surprised she could be so rude. Another customer asked about a hair service and instead of walking the patron back just told them to go to the salon. The store was not busy to be this disorganized or rude. I will stay with my local Ulta where they are polite and try to assist even when a product may be out of stock …at least they try to find it. Instead this manager blames everything on the new CEO …..maybe she needs a customer appreciation class.

My husband went to this store to purchase a gift for me. He asked for assistant and was told by the black female manager that she was too busy to help him; even though she was standing around doing nothing. He went up to another employee for assistance and she offered to help to my husband. As she was walking back with my husband to show him a product, the black female manager pulled her to the side and told her that she cannot help him. A white old lady came into the store and the black female manager walked over quickly to help the old lady. My husband never experienced this type of treatment before. I will be reporting this behavior to corporate. We will never shop at this Ulta again. Just shameful.
