Life is hard enough and moving is stressful enough. Use this company at your own peril. There are too many decent companies for a few hundred more.

This has hands down been the worst moving experience, and I have moved a lot. Very unprofessional movers and scam artists. I was lied to from the start. Was told it was a flat rate move then once move was in progress was told that I was being charged an hourly rate. Had to get the manager to listen to the recorded phone call which clearly quoted me a flat rate move in order for them to honor my quote. Then they proceeded to break the one item they were moving for me (a headboard) and as they were moving the headboard in they bumped into and broke a $5000 coffee table. I was clearly upset by this and the manager got me to sign off and pay for the move by promising me that it would be repaired and they would pay for the repair. He told me unlikely worst case scenario would be repair wasn’t possible they would pay out the table at .60 per pound. They determined they would not go the repair route even though I have found several people to repair it and they are giving me $90. Leaving me with a $600 repair to a table that will now never be in its original condition. They lie over and over again. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any company
I am responding to the owners response below and I would like to add that they continue to lie and scam. Robert the owner and everyone I dealt with lied lied lied and continue to do so. I have taken this up with American Express and an attorney. I have absolutely never had such a horrible experience

I have used Two Men and a Truck on four different occasions. Each time has been a delight. The team, for this move was exceptional. They were polite, personable, efficient, and extremely skilled at their job. If I have to move again, I would only Two Men and a Truck. The entire experience was fantastic.

We hired Two Men and a Truck/ft, Lauderdale to move us from coral springs FL to Melbourne Florida. We were supposed to have 2 trucks ; instead they sent 2 young guys with bad attitudes from Deerfield Beach branch. They crammed jammed everything they could onto one truck not big enough for an apartment (we had a house. They were wearing BLM T-shirts & hatred on their face. They (destroyed) everything I had dragged ripped our Natuzzi furniture & more/ nothing escaped being broken & ruined. I had to rent a truck & go back for the rest of my furniture! When I questioned them; they said you're going to pay us now& one of them told me I didn't want to mess with him,that he just got out of PRISON! I tried calling the manager & got brushed off. My advice; Do your research before you lose your valuables too. I changed phones since then or if share my nightmare pictures..BEWARE! ⚠️

THE WORST MOVERS EVER
They moved our entire house belongings from South Florida to North Florida. When we started un packing we noticed a lot of things. broken and then discovered several items missing . Since they did store our things in their Pompano ware house for a couple weeks thought maybe the things missing had been left in warehouse. After calling several times and texting pictures of all the broken items which was a lot of my glass items and they broke a desk when they delivered it here and said it would be replaced which was not at all our doing we were told they would pay us $99.00 for everything which could not even replace one set of the glasses broken never mind replace the other broken items and all the items they lost that weren’t delivered. Needless to say after paying them over 10,000 for this move we were more than angry. So if your looking for good movers with honesty don’t hire Two Men And A Truck

I have used two men and a truck numerous times to move in all different scenarios. From a large house, storage units, and small apartments. They are always very professional including anyone on the phone confirming the move, setting up the move, to the movers. I would highly recommend.

I would give them a zero star if I could. First, they charged me $400 more from their estimate, alleging that we have many more boxes than what we said, even thou I always told them the size of the storage, so they have to know better how much you can fit in a storage unit! Second, there were numerous missing items, like pressure washer machine, blower machine, my iRobots, and even an entire box with expensive kitchen items. Third, there were many items broken, including crystal wine glasses, a bookshelf and a 70"TV. They did not hold themselves accountable for anything and literally blamed us for the missing items... they wanted us to be watching the storage units while they were moving the stuff, which is insane! What they are doing is transferring the risk of their business to the customers! Regarding the broken items, they only wanted to pay 0.60 cents per pound, so for crystal glasses, a TV and a bookshelf, they wanted to give me $120, what a joke!!! So be careful with this company, they don't care about their customers! I am filing a lawsuit against them today!
Update: Their answer itself shows how much they care about their customers, no accountability for anything! They will blame you for everything! Don't be foolish by this company! We were the ones that moved everything to the storage unit 2 weeks before, so if there is no one better than us to know how well we packed our items and that everything was there prior to their movers touch our stuff. I have witnesses that were helping us packing and storing the boxes and everything else, including the missing items! I also have pictures of my storage unit that were taken to send them for an estimate, and you can definitely see some of the missing items at the front of the unit. So how can they try to blame someone else for the missing items if the ONLY ones that have access to the units were us and them?? And now coming up with this lie that the TV was on it's side ?? It was definitely not on its side! In addition, they were not the last one to touch our items, besides US, they were THE ONLY ones that touch and handle them. BTW, I cut short my review above, but 90% of my boxes were all damaged, I have probably 8 wardrobe boxes with all my clothes hanged nicely, they returned them completely broken, open, and they stuffed some other items inside my wardrobe boxes on top of all my clothes. A box with all my sheets were also broken and opened all over the truck, they called ME to pick up my now dirty sheets from the floor! Believe me, spend couple of more bucks and get a better company.

Very professional service, the movers were not only early but finished an hour earlier than planned moving from Coconut Creek to Fort Pierce. I would use them again if needed and recommend them too.
