“Amazing customer service. I work for a company that just got me a new truck earlier this year on a long term lease with Penske and it was due for its first pm. At first I wasn’t going to get my truck back until the next day due to scheduling demands this location has , but upon hearing me out and trying to complete my loaded tanker deliveries before one of my company’s customers ran out these folks worked with me and understood my dilemma. The shop supervisor there was very attentive and kind to me and the mechanics were just simply awesome. They listened to all my little truck worries since I have to live in my little house on wheels for a few years . I really liked that they cared about everything I communicated. I look forward to doing business with them as the years go by and from me they will get nothing but respect!”

“I booked a full size Camry or equivalent. I’ve always received upgrades with all my rentals in the past because of my platinum status. Not only was I NOT given an upgrade, I was given a Corolla, which is a level below the Camry. My only other option was to have a Mini Cooper which my 6ft husband was not comfortable in at all. The service I received from Evelin was wonderful even if she was unsure if the Corolla was on the level of a Camry, which I felt she should have known. Evelin is cheerful and gets you through the rental and return process quickly. Loved her!”
