T Ryan Contracting did our new roof in Boca, and we couldn't be happier with how smoothly the process went, and the quality of the work. Tim and Ryan were very responsive and customer oriented, fast on execution and great on quality. Also, they have a very good knowledge of the permit process, which is a huge plus.

TRC communicated well throughout the entire process. Overall the add ons for fixing rotted wood was extremely fair and reasonable. Work was completed on time per the schedule.They took care of the entire permitting process and it went smoothly.Overall the project completed on time within budget and is a quality job. I would hire them again.

T Ryan Contracting Inc. is a fantastic company to work with! From start to finish, they didn't disappoint! They answered every question and concern that I had. Tim, the owner and onsite manager, was in constant contact with me. He kept me well informed with updates and photos throughout the day. Tim showed up daily, sometimes more than once. The crews worked non-stop! Sometimes on weekends and until dark. They protected everything on the grounds and cleaned up each day before they left. The roof looks absolutely amazing! They went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with their work. My roof provided several unexpected challenges that they were able to conquer without hesitation. I spoke with several roofing contractors before selecting T. Ryan. I felt that they were honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. It's a family owned business. They have been around for many years and will be for many more. They take pride in their work!

TRC is a company with integrity. The job started on time and was completed just as promised. The communication was outstanding. I was notified on what to expect from phrase 1 until the job was completed. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. They did a superb job.

It's not often, you find a contractor who delivers as promised. I was delighted to have my roof installed quick and without all the rigmarole.
