No the greatest customer service, you come in to the store and there is no greeting or saying “I’ll be right there”, you get two employees taking care of one customer while you stand there waiting for them to help you out, and the manager answers is that he is the manager he is not one of the customers service.

I had the pleasure of meeting with an employee named Tyler at T-Mobile, and I couldn't be more impressed with his exceptional customer service. His knowledge of T-Mobile's products and services was top-notch, and he went above and beyond to address all my questions and concerns. Not to mention his friendly and upbeat demeanor made the entire experience an enjoyable trip. I would highly recommend seeking his assistance for all your needs if possible!

Best store in South Florida hands down. I rarely leave google reviews, but I just had to show appreciation to the manager Kenneth. He provided me and my wife nothing but high quality, exceptional service! Refuse to go to any other T-Mobile store but this one! Thanks Kenneth!

These guys don’t know what they’re doing?? I went in there yesterday trying to upgrade my phone under the 5gGoNext plan. I was told numerous times from other stores and I spoke with representatives on the phone and they said I CAN trade in my EXISTING device on that plan. I also called this store before hand to see if they can cancel the pending plan and start a new one the same day. I walk in the store and they told me no , they can’t do that. Like what? I just spoke with someone at that location and they said yes. I proceeded to ask if I can ask if I can add the protection 360 in order to upgrade, told me no I had to buy it when I first got the phone. Guess what ? On the website you’re able to get for a limited time! And I went to another location and they did everything they said they couldn’t! Don’t waste your time here, these people act like they’re bozos ?? I wish I can give a negative star rating. Update: I was able to upgrade my phone, even though they said I can’t ?

Very clean and organized store. I bought a phone and was helped by Kenneth, Excellent customer service. Listened to what I needed, suggested, and took his time to inform me very clearly of all the items that will be on the bill.

This place used to be good now its horrible. I was told by customer service that i could drop off my equipment to this corporate owned location as i was under 20 days of trying their 5G internet. Went inside and the person refused to accept the item. I had to waste my time and wait another 1 hour 45 mins to speak to customer service to get label to ship their item back. After 16 years i am thinking of going to different carrier after this interaction. Why send out equipment if your store cannot accept the items back. 5G internet was such a lie out of 15 days had no internet 13 days. Tmobile no longer cares for customers but has no problem taking your money.

My husband needed a new phone and we need to transfer from our son's family account to our own account.Jamal was so wonderful to us and when I needed to take my phone back to t mobil due to some issues.I was so happy to see Jamal was working today.He fixed my issues immediately ? I have to add Jamal went above his duties .When you visit T mobil at this location make sure you ask for Jamal. Thanks again Jamal.,Mrs. Reale

People will be helpful but so often it happens when you walk in and they tell you one thing. Walk in any day after that they will tell you something different. I have receipt where nothing was charged and now T-Mobile wants to charge me for that service when it was a 14 day trial. I walked in to see if they can make that call and they told me to make it myself when the day before they told me the exact opposite.
