We needed our 2 upstairs Bathrooms remodeled, & I thought this company was a good fit for our needs. I'm gonna be HONEST, it seemed to me that the Owner only cared about a check being received. As a Business owner, if I send my "helpers" to do a specified job, NEVER, would I sign off "COMPLETION", until I do a quality check myself, that wasn't done here, but he did seem to call & make certain my husband sent his check in a timely fashion. Shortly after completion, my husband phoned them to come out AGAIN to re-grout our 2nd bathroom, because it seemed that it wasn't grouted properly the first time. Now a year later, we're still having the same grouting problems, gaps in the grouting, not to mention an unsightly orange substance from where the grout should be. At this point, I'm DONE... I don't want them coming out to fix anything! I feel like if you were going to do the job CORRECTLY, you would've done it the 1st time
