I think it's the worst place Ive been.The machine was out of order and I didn't have a note or sticker saying it.The staff people ware un polite and they did I had to wait until a technician could come.Hours!!The worst!

Decided to do my laundry on my lunch break and this is close to my job. So I came here and it’s probably the worst laundromat I been too. It’s dirty and the machines are very outdated and rusty. One big washer machine had a turn dial… this isn’t the 70s. Next time I’ll go to the one by the Sunoco across the street.

Excellent service every time I come here and Jennifer is always so nice, communicative and attentive to any questions me and my wife has. We drive all the way from Miami because the service is top tier and the machines are always up to date, available and clean. The neighborhood is super safe and there’s always parking available at the front of the the building. No matter where I move I will always come here until the service changes or Jennifer is no longer here. Wish I can give 10000 stars

I’ve been coming to this laundromat a little over 2 years now! When I say it’s the best, IT IS THE BEST. I loved it because it was near, clean and just so homey. I actually moved to Miami Gardens about a year ago and I have yet to come across another laundromat like this one. I actually skip all of those near my home and come straight here. The drive for me is nothing compared to the stress free and clean experience I know I’ll always get. Other businesses I’ve tried are usually filthy & dirty, the people working are usually always mean annd overwhelmed and it’s always a hassle to get assistance with the machines. Our experience at Sunshine Coin is always exceptional because of Jennifer. She’s always so thoughtful and kind when my husband and I come in. She’s always making sure to clean behind customers so that the space is clear and free for the next person and she’s just all around awesome. I won’t be using another laundromat anytime soon. Loyal Customer forever! ??

Great place to get your laundry done. Drop off or stick around . Also there's a pretty decent plaza as well . The girls that run the place are also really nice and work very hard so be nice if you're dropping off your laundry ?

I have been coming here for the past 5 years, and if Jennifer wasn’t here I wouldn’t wash my clothes or have my clothes washed. Jennifer takes her time with customers. She’s always accommodating and so nice. It’s a pleasure to come here because I know Jennifer will get my drop off laundry done exactly the way I want it. I can see that she knows who her customers are, and what they expect from her. She’s excellent. I own my own business and I would love to take her with me. That’s how thorough she is.

In a dryer that is bad and did not have any notice, today all the bedding that I put to dry burned and the lady in charge treated me with discrimination because I am Latina. She treated me badly and she did not take any information about me or she did not look for a solution and the owner was there and when he heard about the incident he left. Very irresponsible!!Answer owner response: I've been washing clothes in that place for a long time and I've never had a similar event happen to me. The machine was damaged and there was no warning and my clothes were damaged, because I used several machines that same day: with the same time, heat and quantity of clothes, and I took out wet clothes from the other machines... do you think that answer is enough? And I suffered discrimination by your employee.
