Bought our family dream boat from One Water Marine, Pompano Beach. Mr. Jim Prata was the best we have ever worked with. If you need to sell or buy, ask for Jim! He is super knowledgeable, no pressure, and very honest. The staff from the GM Jimmy, Jim, Matthew, Frank down to the folks who delivered her are the most professional, personable, and honest crew I’ve ever dealt with on any major purchase. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for service. It took them 2 months to do half the work on a one year old boat. We got the boat back and now they won't finish the service until we pay for the first half. It's now been 4 months that we haven't had a properly working boat. Joe in the service department has been so disrespectful and difficult to work with. We also brought the boat in for the 50 hour service, which they forgot to do! Who does that???

So far this is the worst service ever received from this Marina. Be careful with them and the Miami office. They will be very good till you complete the sale then no response or follow up for servicing the boat while still under warranty.
