Been delivering at this place for years. There's a rent a cop that will try to get you to move, all he will say is "they don't want you to park here" neve would tell me who they is.

Was hard to find, but when I found them. I arrived 30 minutes early and was in and out. It took me longer to back up than get unloaded. It is tight though.

You guys to need manage your ware house so tight you need to make rule just unhook the trailer so all driver get a room to back . Just back to the door and drop trailer take tractor outside . Lot of ware house more tight in Los Angeles … but they doing smart work . You need to apply this lot problems solved .

This is just a DNO, not a company. I advise everyone never to come here and have nothing to do with SunCity. The location of this company is simply unsuitable for its activities. The worst doors are 1-14, if there are trucks near you, then it is difficult to leave. But you have to do it There is little space for trucks, there is no parking for overnight stays. You have to look for parking on the road. The toilets are simply not the right word for dirty. Horror! It seems that people here simply do not know what they are doing.We arrived on Monday for unloading, we only had 10 pallets. We registered at the office at 10:00 p.m. Everything was fine. They told us that they would call when the doors were ready. They called around mid-morning and told us to come to the office. It turns out that our unloading is being postponed to the next day. Although the dispatcher agreed on everything with them. Iron! We've been stuck in traffic all day and it's 95-100°F outside. THIS IS CRAZY.I would put 0 stars if it were possible. So as you will have delivery with this company, prepare to wait, wait and wait again.This is probably the worst company I have ever seen.

Never come here. If you get stuck in one of the first 14 doors. And they put a truck next to you. You can't get out. My dispatcher already told them they're going to pay $100 every 30 minutes I'm stuck here. That's freaking ridiculous. They should get a better lot or don't put two trucks side by side.

This business current location and property size is totally unsuitable for its current operations. No where to park, prior to offload except street. Streets narrow and congested. Trailers parked on road way, one way in and out. Docks part of street.Not a rookie delivery spot.

My appointment was at 0500 I checked into the Recieving office at 0335. It’s 0800 now. So I get a call from the broker and they are asking me why haven’t I checked into the drop yet. I tell them I’ve been checked in for hours now. I walk into the office and ask why haven’t you checked me in yet? She tells me. Oh I see you paperwork I call when I get a door. Now I have been waiting five hours on the street and still no door.

I would give -0 stars but it's not allowed. Checkin on time and prepare to wait, and don't ask status of unload time, you will get the cold shoulder treatment and may be waiting even longer so write your in and out times on bill to get extra pay, it's not right you make it on time and unload way past your appointment time. So just a heads up it's a cluster here.

3 hr wait to get a door. 3 hrs to unload 4 pallets. Door I got was easy to back in but there are some that others were having a hard time with. Good luck

This place is operated by an inept staff. I was assigned a door in which I could not park because the truck in the next door parked crooked. This prompted me to call to request another door only to be put at the back of the line for a problem that I was not even responsible for. Moreover, several of their loading docks are not operational.
