I am giving them three stars for the good that they do. I am a little disappointed, as I did not get what I paid for. I went in and bought a jewelry jar marked $40 but it was 1/2 off of jewelry that day so I got it for $20. I was so excited to open it but I didn’t get jewelry. I’m not even kidding. I got loose beads, beads attached to fishline with no clasps at the end, a WHOLE BUNCH of broken jewelry. Some vintage earrings but only single ones. There was literally children stickers in there- stars and flowers. A broken bangle. Loose white hair tangled in MARDI GRAS beads. I’m upset. I will not be shopping there, as the thrift stores I usually frequent, including other SVDP are honest. The ladies were sweet up front, but I am not happy with my purchase as far as the jar goes…. I am happy that I gave to a good cause though.

This store was a WONDERFUL place to shop for used items! Nice large store! Received a greeting when we came in the store. Mika & Carmen did a Superior job at the cash register sharing with us and others who came to shop! Very friendly, helpful ladies doing the work of the Lord! May they be blessed!

I used to love this place and have both bought and donated for many years but now the women who run it apparently look off of eBay from their phones to get the pricing for their thrift store items.The same items that are donated to them for free. unfortunately anything can be listed on eBay for any price. Just because it’s listed at that price doesn’t mean that it is selling for that price or even close to worth that price. the fact that they are listing things within their thrift store above and beyond retail is upsetting. It’s not a department store. all of your items were donated. Making them unaffordable to the patrons that come in looking for discounted items that they can afford is unconscionable and definitely not what I would expect from a supposed religious organization. You’re better off getting it New at target unless you are looking for faded 1.00 clothing.

The main center is helpful however their location of the off branch of the store is not the woman that runs the place is a liar because I'm in desperate need of a couch I had a good voucher but with the time frame I could have had a couch because weeks andweeks before my couch broke I went to the store very dishonest people their furniture is overpriced for being recycled and donated I don't like this all as people because I'll go to the top of the top which I don't like being lied to I don't like people speaking to me in a way to insult my intelligence I'm going to be wA grievance

This store is wonderful and the staffs very nice helpful, I was very surprised to see the quality whatever u need I was in the little plaza when I discovered what's on the inside,it you can just stop by,either to shop or simply to drop off donations,they also give away free breads and goodies when u buy something.

30.00 for an unmarked plain vintage brooch. I asked if they were kidding and the lady at the counter said " oh there half off today. LOLI understand a thrift store has to make money however there has to be responsible pricing. I don't recommend this place. Not handicapped accessible and the store is small and cramped. The people who work there seem annoyed when you ask them to see the jewelry. It's not like they're busy at all they are sitting around talking I do not recommend this thrift store whatsoever

Hidden gems are found here. Hugo Boss suit; excellent condition and my exact size. Many many great treasures are available at SVDP. Also, money is used for a good cause. 2 thumbs up.

I heard great things about this place really helping people however the customer service ladies who owed on April the 19 2022 terrible. I came 4:07 just to drop 2 huge bags of donations i didn't even want a receipt and they said the store was close. Really they were inside one in the office the other with the t-shirt that said staff was sitting at the front doing nothing she stayed sitting until I leftUnbelievable. Terrible
