This company has gone WAAAAAY downhill. A few months ago, I had to have a sign installed in one of my properties. I could not get a hold of anybody for an entire week. No one would answer the phones, no one would return emails. It took them two weeks to install my sign. They had absolutely no problem taking my money, but never installed a sign. I had to call repeatedly and got the runaround every time. When I went into the office, because nobody would answer the phone, I got a major attitude from. Whoever was working there. I’m not quite sure if it was the owner or who it was. But their attitude sucked.Fast forward to Jan 19th I placed another sign install order . The confirmation email said it would be installed by January 26. Here it is January 30.and the sign is still not up. I called to find out what was going on, and they were clueless, “yep you’re right it’s not installed.” I don’t understand how you just let order slip through the crack. TWICE . A good business person would install the next one at no charge ir a discount considering the last install took them 2 weeks - but nothing was offered nor did they seem to care. I’m looking for a new sign install company - and I’d recommend my entire office do the same.

Unethical, unprofessional, rude, and absolutely no integrity. These people should NOT be in the service industry. No wonder the previous owners didn’t leave them with any files. They don’t deserve the business. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. I have never dealt with such a rude company before.

IRRESPONSIBLE, CARELESS, AND LACK INTEGRITY! Such a terrible experience!! Our realtor used this company to put a sign up on our lawn. This company dug a hole with a shovel for their sign - in mid hot summer. Along with digging a whole, they shovelled a huge slice into our irrigation system and did not let us know. Our lawn and landscaping began to die. We had many different irrigation technicians out to assess and they eventually found the shovel slice. Within time, our lawn completely died along with our flowers, which were only not even a year in. This is now costing us $1000s. This company has admitted their wrong-doings yet is only trying to take responsibility for replacing the sliced pipe, yet not replying to replace the damage they caused. We completely understand this is something that may happen, yet the lack of communication to try and hide what they did is now costing us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I recently put some properties up for sale and South Florida Sign helped me design the sign to perfection, provided the posts to hang them, and made the whole process seamless. Patty and her team went out of their way to develop signs to fit my individual needs. They were professional, enthusiastic, timely, and reasonable. The product was top quality. Their customer service was a 10 for sure.

I ordered a sign online. Messed up the measurements, send my old sign to get the same with my new company logo. Paid $35 for tiny 9x10. Yes, it was my mistake not seeing g the wrong measurement, but as a client for over 4 years, I would had expected they saying, ok it's one time mistake, pay the different and we get you the right side sign.Nope. They got their money, they dont care and I am looking now for a new sign company.
