I purchased a car which had several service records from this location. According to the service records, the front axles and control arms had been replaced. While performing maintenance, I found that the axle nuts were not properly staked, and the lower ball joints were missing the cotter pins. Both of these are critical for the safety of the driver and their absence could cause serious injury or death the the driver and the car's occupants.Overlooking these critical safety items inidicates that the shop employs technicians who are either incompetent or negligent. The fact that a car was allowed to leave the shop without being safely repaired is dangerous and reprehensible.

Life happens. When I backed out out of my garage about a month ago, I accidently got too close to my garage side and it bent the passenger sideview mirror cover. I did some searching and came across GTO for auto body repair. I went to a couple places prior to get an opinion on what needed to be done. It was either to get a whole replacement mirror part for twice as much or get a housing kit that already came painted with the vehicle color. After taking it to GTO and figuring out what would be the best route, I ended up ordering the housing kit through Acura. I took the sideview mirror cover piece and GTO was able to use his magic fingers taking the old broken one off. He put the new one on and it looks like nothing ever happened. The mirror still works and he charged a reasonable price to fix it. It was done in about 3 hours and I was definitely happy with the service. Thank you for making it happen!
