The documents are fraudulent, the weight does not correspond, my contract is with the brokers for 40,500, the papers say 40,850 and in reality the weight is 46,000. You threaten to charge me if I donate the excess to continue in order.
I'm going to report them as scammers.

Pretty good so far. I had a little trouble checking in with my phone, but the shipping office was very help. Attached in the pictures is a copy of the checking process. You can be at the local Truck Stop and check in, but you must be within 5 miles of distribution center.

This place is a joke it not first come first serve they choose who they want to load by preference you could be seating on the staging area watching truck that showed after you going to be loaded I used to think that it was because the product that I come to pickup was not ready but now I convinced we all getting the same products “melons” I always run my clock handed up reset at the location very bad place stay away

This place was horrible 5 years ago and still sucks. Checked in at 10am and now 1800 still no door. Nobody tells you anything.This has to stop. The treat drivers like garbage.

Looks like they've cleaned the place up. Have security guards to tell u where to go . Also a yard guy to direct traffic. Better than it used to be, used to go off prayer to not get hit here. Keep up the good work ?

You have to use a QR code to check in. And on their little electronic form it asks you how you want your truck loaded. I do LTL, I'm not entirely sure how many pallets I'm getting so.... therefore I don't know how I need it loaded. Do I need a single? How many am I getting... one, two, eight? Smh you turn your location on on your phone and you can check in as long as you're within a 5-mile radius but they do have a actual parking lot for you now it's been awhile since I've been here. When I first started coming here we are parked on the street it would take all day all night. The only way to get any food was to order a pizza. But at least the other drivers were not rude and dangerous back then.

Wherehouse friends lie about the weight, when I checked, they wrote me 40800, they said 46000, the shipping is not bad but no overnight parking, one day early, even they are shipping ??

A star it's way too much for this s#ity place. Checked in at 8:30 am . Shipping office says: will call you. They called me at 6 pm and they let me know I will not be loaded until next day.
