My client tried to return some unopened white Paint today and the Manager was so rude and unprofessional . My client unloaded 20 gallons of paint , carried it into the store and then was denied the return after my Sherwin-Williams rep sent us in to return the paint. Proceeded to call my paint rep and still denied the return! I'm so embarrassed to hear this frustrating feedback from a corporate client of mine who understands the value in Good customer service.Thanks Pam,

Visited the store at the recommendation of my painter who uses Sherwin Williams exclusively. Pam, the manager, was a terrible example of customer service. She handled a difficult situation the worst way possible. Had me unload 35 gallons of paint and then wouldn’t return it and then I had to reload the paint. The Sherwin rep called after and couldn’t believe how she handled it. Bad customer service and she shouldn’t be leading people or servicing customers. Move her to a warehouse in Idaho!!

What a great location. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Stayed 10 mins after close to help me get paint And finish the project we were in the middle of period I would recommend this location to anybody

Have been to this specific location several times and I will never go back again. And unfortunately it’s not just me who feels this way. I have met several people who agree that they’ve had similar experiences at this location. The manager and one of the employees are extremely rude. The manager in particular, is very belittling and condescending in the way she speaks to people. Again, I’m not the only person who has experienced this that I know personally. I also saw her speaking that way to another customer last time I shopped there. She really needs to learn how to talk to people otherwise she’s going to lose all of her business and have to close her doors. I already know at least five people that drive out of their way to go to a different location in another city to avoid having to order through her. Really unfortunate that she has to be rude to everyone. What a sad way to live. Deerfield and Boca locations are lovely and helpful!

This is the worse Sherwin Williams i never been the manager Pamela she is rude she have no education i work whit Sherwin Williams products for 25 years and most of the manager are educated buth this lady have carácter problem i take my business to Benjamin Moore maybe they appreciate better

Worst of the worst customer service. I have shopped and purchased from Sherwin Williams for over 30 years from several different states and I can tell you, the 2 girls working at this particular store were Nasty!!! Ugly personalities and Nasty demeanors.

Ok first I was in a bad mood, customer wanted to fix nail holes left by artwork, and lots of them. But he wanted the same color background, oh yes he wasn't going to pay me for the repainting of his whole house unless this was done. I already painted the outside. Anyways I had a color match done. Pamela helped me, I was sure the match was going to be off. But it was spot on, no I mean you could not tell. Saved me time and money, I went in as a customer, but left as a friend. Thanks Pamela
