β8/11/25: Update: Sold my house and needed a small unit for overflow items. I used the online process and it was quick. I had issues with the locked unit and received fast assistance from Gary, who was polite and professional. Gary followed up with me over the next to couple of visits to make sure my door was operational. I use storage for my business and I'll continue to use Extra Space storage for my storage needs.
1/25/25: Update: Moved out. Shay was professional and assisted with tips for a smooth move out. I stored my stuff with this location since they opened. It was always clean, the staff was helpful
10/25/24 Update: Moved unit. The representative was Manny. He was polite and professional. The facility is clean. Extra Space does not give first month's free rent, like the rest of the competition in the area. They also do not price match. It wasn't worth it to move to another facility. Happy to save $80 the first month, and $150 for the next 2 months.
12/13/2020 - I'm a current Extra Space Storage Customer. I noticed in an email that new storage was cheaper than my current unit. For this reason, I moved my possessions to a new larger unit with cheaper rent. The representative was Kevin. He was polite and professional. The facility is clean. I am giving four stars, because there is no first month's free rent, like the rest of the competition in the area. They also do not price match the competition. Woohoo, no saving any money over here. So, unfortunately I get to pay for two storage units this month. They did give me a free lock for reserving online. Unfortunately, they put it in the unit, so I'd already purchased a lock. In the meantime, It will have to be okay. Happy with the on-site staff, not so much with the company.
2019 --- New, nice and clean. I'll be happy when I'm organized and I can get my stuff back. Until then it's in good hands.β

βWow never cease to amaze. Recently had a difficult time with extra space storage in two different locations, seems like they don't check there staffs psychological capabilities. Real crazy people. My mom and I have had a 3 storage here since before COVID. It's safe to say I'm coming back to this location because the manager Lilli has always a warm face and respectful demeanor. Paciente and professional, clean and steadfast with diligence and grace. Give Lilli a raise!β

App-based access is a breeze, parking is convenient, and the unit itself is exactly what I needed. βI felt it necessary to write another review because Iβm still so happy with the marina.They have gotten busier since we became customers in Dec 2021, but there is no decline in service. The app for boat launching has been updated and it works great. You can reserve launches a month or more in advance. The staff continues to be helpful and kind. They take great care of the boat and treat all customers respectfully. The amount of help I receive is truly wonderful.Boat ownership doesnβt have to be hard. Or tedious or painful. When you work with a marina like Hidden Harbor, they make it enjoyable. Communicate with the office. Let them know if you are going to be late or early. If you want to come back early or late. The better you communicate with the office, the easier it is for them to accommodate your wishes.Have had zero issues arranging for boat service from my dealer. The marina is on it at a moments notice. After over a year and a half as a customer I wonβt change ever. I love this place and recommend it highly if you are in the Ft Lauderdale to Delray Beach area. Gas prices also have been reasonable throughout the craziness and the marina continues to outperform in all aspects of service. Dock hands are friendly and kind and the whole experience of being a Hidden Harbor customer is ideal. Thank you Kris, Lauren, Angela and the entire team who make my weekends that much easier! Money well spent!β
